Chapter 131

Maddy leaned up against the large window, watching Shuri examine Vision....Steve stood next to her, watching her....studying her. Bucky and Sam were outside, waiting for further instructions. Wanda stood near Vision, who was laying down on a table...being examined. Banner and Rhodes were standing a few feet from Maddy and Steve, while Natasha walked around.

"Hey, Maddy? You okay?" Steve asked.

"Yeah! Why?" Maddy asked.

"Y-Your face is glowing! And you see, very strange," Steve smiled.

"I'm happy...is there something wrong with that?" Maddy asked.

Natasha walked over and placed her arm around Maddy's shoulder...

"I think she's pregnant," Natasha smirked.

"I'm not!" Maddy laughed.

"You say that! But you haven't taken a test yet, right?" Natasha asked.

"Uh-no...because I'm not pregnant," Maddy frowned.

"I say we bet on it," Steve smirked.

"Agreed!" Natasha smiled.

"Y-you guys are unbelievable," Maddy groaned. 

"Am I interrupting something or do you guys wanna share with the class?" Shrui asked.

"We-uh think Maddy's pregnant," Natasha said.

"Oh my god!" Maddy frowned.

Everyone turned at stared at Maddy.....Banner stared at her with confusion.

"How is Maddy pregnant?" Banner asked.

"What! Who's the father?" Rhodes asked.

"I'm not pregnant!" Maddy snapped.

"Vision move! Maddy come lay down...prove to them that you aren't," Shuri growled.

"If I'm right...than someone owes me a cheeseburger," Maddy said, walking over to the table.

Shuri pulled up and ultrasound....and started studying the image that was brought up, everyone moved in closer trying to see if they could find anything. Shuri smiled.

"I'm sorry to say this...." Shur replied but was cut off.

"I told you!" Maddy yelled.

"Maddy..... you are 8 weeks pregnant," Shuri said.

"I'm an Uncle!" Steve cheered.

"I-I didn't think it would work," Maddy sighed.

"Of course it worked! I'm a genius," Shuri smiled.

"Does that mean I'm an aunt?" Natasha asked.

"More like godmother," Maddy smiled.

"So who's the father?" Banner asked.

"Uh-Bucky," Maddy whispered.

"The Winter soldier that killed Tony's parents?" Banner asked.

"Yep! But he didn't have any control over that...HYDRA brainwashed him," Steve said.

"H-How is Tony?" Maddy asked, looking over at Rhodes.

"He's okay! Him and Pepper are engaged," Rhodes smiled.

After talking with everyone....Shuri placed Vision on the table and started to figure out how to take out the stone, that was placed on his forehead.

"Are you gonna tell Buck?' Steve asked.

"I will......after we figure out how to help Vision," Maddy smiled.

Steve nodded.

They stood back and continued to watch Vision and Shrui.
