His Super Soldier // Bucky Barnes

Chapter 181

They all stood over all the dead bodies.

"This is not good," Zemo said.

Gunshots fill their ears.....

"Shit! We need to go. NOW!" Sam ordered.

Bucky grabbed Maddy's hand and pulled her towards an exit.

"I can't run in heels!" Maddy frowned.

Bucky kneeled down and took off her heels... and lifting her over his shoulder.

"I said I can't run in heels....nothing about not being able to walk," Maddy sighed.

They all raced out of the bar through the back door....when suddenly bullets started flying past them.. Zemo handed Sam and Maddy a gun. But before they could shoot anyone,  someone from a building above starting shooting the bad guys.

"You guys seem to have a guardian angel!" Zemo smiled.

All of a sudden a hooded figure walked towards them, this caused Bucky to put Maddy down and move her behind him.

"Well, this is too perfect," A familiar voice said.

Maddy looked over Bucky's shoulder.

"Drop it, Zemo," The voice replied.

The hooded figure removed the hood...which revealed none other than Sharon Carter.

"Sharon?" Maddy asked.

"You all costed me everything," Sharon frowned.

"Sharon, wait," Sam sighed.

"Someone recreated the super serum and Zemo had a lead," Maddy said.

"That explains why you guys are here. And Selby's dead," Sharon replied.

"What are you doing here?" Maddy asked.

"I stole Steve's shield and your guns, remember?" Sharon asked.

Maddy looked at Sharon and saw how hurt she looked....Maddy felt bad until Sharon opened her mouth again.

"I also took the wings for your ass, so that you could save his ass and help Maddy. Unlike you guys....I didn't have the Avengers to back me up. So I'm off the grid in Madripoor," Sharon frowned.

"Hey! Don't blow that smoke at me. I was on the run as well," Sam said.

"Was. Is.  A. Big. Difference . I don't to speak to my family anymore. I can't. My own father doesn't know where I am," Sharon replied.

"Sharon, we need your help," Bucky spoke up.

Maddy looked at Bucky.....

"What? No we don't!" Maddy said.

Sharon laughed.

"Maddy. Bucky is right...we need her help," Zemo sighed.

"ZEMO! SHUT IT!" Maddy snapped.

Bucky grabbed her hand....and squeezed it.

"Fine," Maddy scoffed.

"Great! I have a place in High Town. You'll be safe there for a while," Sharon smiled.

"T-Thank you," Maddy smiled.

"You're welcome. Now let's get you out of that dress....you look like you can barely breathe," Sharon smirked.

They all walked into a room filled with paintings that were placed behind glass boxes.

"Looks like breaking all those laws is treating you well," Sam said.

"At some point, I thought if I had to hustle, I might as well enjoy the life of a real hustler. You all know how much I'll get for a real Monet?" Sharon asked.

"Easy. Deactivate your hustle mode. You sell fake Monets," Bucky replied.

Maddy looked closer at the paintings.

"No. She means real. This gallery is specialized in stolen artwork," Zemo said.

"Monet. Van Gogh. Classics," Maddy replied.

"It's true. You know, half the artwork in museums like the Louvre is fake," Sharon smiled.

Maddy walked around the room.....amazed at all the paintings.

"Come on. You guys need to change, I'm hosting clients is an hour," Sharon said.

She motioned for everyone to follow her upstairs...giving everyone clothes and placing them into rooms to change. Separating them.

Maddy stood in front of the mirror, standing in her underwear....staring at her stomach.

There was a knock on her door and in walked Bucky.

"I could've been naked," Maddy smirked.

Bucky walked up to Maddy and placed a hand on her belly.

"How's the baby?" Bucky asked.

"Kicking like always," Maddy sighed.

"I may know how to help," Bucky smirked.

"We aren't doing anything, under someone else's roof," Maddy said.

"Why not?" Bucky asked.

All of a sudden Maddy started to cry...

"Maddy? Baby? What's wrong?" Bucky asked.

"I'm hormonal....and not to mention how horny I am," Maddy frowned.

"Horny?" Bucky asked.

"Yes! All the damn time," Maddy said.

"Let me fix it," Bucky replied.

Suddenly there was a knock.

"Maddy! You okay on there?" Sam asked on the other side of the door.

"I'm fine, Sam," Maddy said.

"Sharon is wanting to meet in the living room," Sam replied.

Maddy looked up at Bucky and frowned....

"I'll leave you  so you can get dressed," Bucky sighed.

Bucky started to walk away, until Maddy grabbed his arm and roughly pulled him into a kiss. They pulled away....wanting more then just a kiss.
