Melissa shrugs and nods in agreement as Aaron quickly carries Aph upstairs. When they get into the bedroom he closes the door behind them and then gently sets her on the bed.

Aph glances down at her hands as fear starts to take over. Aaron can hear her heart beating hard in her chest and knows she's scared for some reason and a part of him is hoping he knows.

Crouching down in front of her he reaches out and lifts her chin with the edge of his finger until she's looking back at him. "Talk to me Aph. We have to be honest with each other."

Aph sighs and closes her eyes, "I can't tell you what I don't know Aaron."

Aaron nods and then pulls her hands into his as he waits for her to continue. It's only a matter of time before she caves and the silence stretches as a full minute has passed.

Aph groans and then shakes her head, "I've been tired for weeks now and I know I get cranky when I don't get enough sleep. I've had anxiety attacks since college and cry when I'm stressed out. No one thing leads me to believe anything."

Aaron nods again, "I understand but your heart is beating really hard Aph which means you're nervous or even afraid. And you freaked out when Melissa talked about mom. No matter what happens I don't want you to ever be afraid to tell me anything.  Is there a chance you're already pregnant? If you are I'm just as responsible if not more."

Aph opens her eyes and sighs, "We both took biology Aaron but I won't know for almost 3 weeks."

Aaron quickly does the math in his head. He knows it's possible but she would literally have just gotten pregnant. So how would she know?

Aaron gently brushes his lips over her knuckles. "Since it's too soon to tell either way, did someone say something to make you think you are? "

He watches her shrink back a little, "You'll think I'm crazy."

Aaron releases her hands and gently cups her face between his hands. "Aph, if you're crazy then we all are. After what we've been through and seen I know anything is possible. Irene spoke to me during our nap this morning and I'm pretty sure I'm not crazy."

Aph's eyes widen hearing about Irene. She stares at him for a couple of seconds and he watches as tears form at the corners of her eyes. She hates it when Lucinda's right. "I didn't fall asleep at the Cafe'. I had a vision of sorts. My stomach was growling and when I touched it the room blacked out and after my eyes adjusted I saw two children staring back at me. One was a little girl with dark hair and amber eyes. The other was a little boy with dark hair and dark blue eyes. The little boy called me mama."

Aaron freezes and the corner of his mouth twitches with the hint of a smile. "I do believe you Aph but it doesn't mean you're pregnant right this second."

Aph looks down as she places a hand over her stomach. "The little boy said they'll be here soon and the little girl told me not to tell you or you'll never let me leave the house."

Aaron flinches and then laughs. "I would too let you leave the house. You can go out into the backyard, as long as I'm with you. Do they have names yet?"

Aph glares at him for a split second and then squints at him. "If we had a boy, think of a name you would give him but don't tell me and we'll see if I just imagined the whole thing."

Aaron rolls his eyes and closes them for a second. When he opens them he nods that he's ready.

Aph takes a deep breath. "Derek Terrance?"

Aaron's eyes drop to her stomach in shock and a huge smile spreads across his face. Placing his hand over hers he shakes his head. "You know that means we get two for the price of one right? What's her name?"

Aph softly smiles. "Alina Irene. She said it was going to be Alina Shu but I changed my mind. I admit at one point I had thought of naming our kids Shu and F.C. but it was a very brief thought. Aaron, twins run in my family."

Aaron chuckles, "Same with my family and it's common to have multiples in a werewolf family either way. We're going to have our own pack soon."

Aph groans, "I love babies but if our pack behaves like Alexander and Celestia I'm in trouble."

Aaron glances up at her and gently kisses her lips. "I know you'll be a great mother."
