They head back downstairs together and Aph smiles when she see Sylvana and Eric sitting at the kitchen island. Aph rushes over to her mother and gives her a big hug and smiles as Eric hands her a strawberry puff.

Sylvana leans away from her and frowns, "Mija! You're looking way too tired. Aaron, you need to let her sleep more."

Aph rolls her eyes, "I'm fine mom and it's nice to see you too."

Aph climbs up on a stool next to her and smiles as she watches Aaron fix her burger with all the toppings she loves and then slide it over to her. As she takes a bite she groans as the flavor is better than she ever remembered.

She manages to eat two burgers, a large side of fries, and chases them down with two Poopsi's before she feels satisfied. She glances over at her mother who simply shakes her head and then snags two more of Eric's puffs.

She runs a few Halloween costume ideas past them and isn't surprised when they both decide they want to be werewolves. She quietly reminds her mother of the high school incident but even that isn't enough to change her mind.

Sylvana updates them about Zianna's missing memories of Garte. Hyria visited her and helped restore her memories and now she's freaking out that they have no idea where he went after Starlight.

Sylvana has been spending as much time with her as possible to help keep her calm but Zianna is just as stubborn as Sylvana. She's been reaching out to all her connections and calling in all her favors hoping one of them will have a lead to finding him.

As Aph listens she thinks about the celestial sword and wonders if she could do something similar. The problem is that it's one thing to pull things that aren't alive and something completely different if they're living and breathing.

What would happen if something went wrong? Would she be able to live with herself if she hurt someone?

Aaron nudges her elbow to get her attention and gives her a questioning look. Aph sighs as she whispers to him. "It's nothing. I was just thinking about my summoning ability but I don't know if I can do it with living things. I would never forgive myself if I hurt something or someone."

Aaron nods and they quietly agree to talk about it more after everyone has left. There's no point getting anyone excited unless it was an actual option. Much like some other things they spoke about earlier.

Aph decides she'll need to talk to Hyria a little later just to get her thoughts. If it could be done she knows she's going to try. With lunch done she gives her mother a warm hug, thanks Eric for the pastries, and then watches them head home as she stands in the doorway.

Aaron stands quietly behind her with his hands on her shoulders. With a gentle squeeze, he leans close and whispers to her. "I know what you're thinking, Aph. Please don't overdo it. Irene warned me it wouldn't take much and I don't want to lose you. I just got you back."

Leaning back against him she reaches up and lays a hand on top of one of his and sighs. "I know Aaron but everyone has the right to be happy. If I can help in any way I have to."

Aaron moves his free hand from her shoulder, circles around her waist, and gently covers her stomach. "Just remember it might not be just you that will be harmed by it."

Her mind pictures the children from her vision and she smiles. She really needs to speak with Hyria before she will make any decisions. Her life and those of her future children might depend on it.
