'What's with the new SG inn?'

Nagtataka ako kung bakit inayos ni Michel ang lugar, at kung bakit andito si Old man. At kung bakit dinala ni Old man sila Jai rito. But what ever the reasons are, I started to lost my care.

I am standing at the counter with all the pair of eyes of these bunches of drunkers on mine. Pagdating ko tumahimik agad sila. I ask for old man at natatarantang tumakbo agad sa kung saan si Inigo. And their boss is nowhere to find. Of course, after that man told me that old man is here he told me to fuck up because he is in the middle of his best new year's celebration with a girl's moan.

I call old man's telephone and Jai's number again using Clumsy's phone even Ian's but they didn't answered. At naghinala akong wala si Old man sa bahay niya. Kaya hinanap ko ang cellphone number ni Michel sa mga basura ko sa bag at tinawagan ko siya. And I ask him if he knows where that Old man is. And I had confirmed it because before I came here, I went to Old man's house and it's locked. Pinuntahan ko rin ang bahay ni Ian at Clumsy everything there is mess up. Ayokong ipakita kay Clumsy ang sinapit ng lugar. She cried when she heard the news. It's her house and home. With a memories since she is a child.

I make sure that Clumsy is sleeping before I left. Iniwan ko ang tatlong aso sa labas ng kwarto ni Clumsy. And I give myself an hour from now bago ako bumalik kay Clumsy. Ayokong magising siya ng wala ako.

I just need a fucking answer to my questions. And that old man has it, he has Ian.

Napaayos ako ng tayo ng makita si Frieg na naglalakad palapit sa akin kasama si Inigo.

"Hey. Happy New year," bati niya at tipid akong nginitian.

"I asked for Old man," sabi ko kay Inigo na agad yumuko. Tiningnan ko si Frieg, "Old man is here with you then. I need to talk to Adrian Wilcox."

"Your Old man is giving you permission to go inside." He gestures me a cabinet full of whine.

Tinitigan ko siya bago siya naunang maglakad. Sinundan ko siya. Bumukas ang cabinet at pumasok kami pailalim. A secret basement?

Naiwan si Inigo sa itaas at kami lang ni Frieg ang pumasok sa mahaba at hindi kalakihang lagusan.

"How's Earth?" tanong ni Frieg.

"She's okay."

"How's you?" Hindi niya ako tinitingnan habang nagsasalita at nagpatuloy lang sa paglalakad.

"Don't ask."

"I am glad you're okay, too." May sarkastiko sa boses niya.

Nakarating kami sa harap ng lumang pinto. Ginalaw niya ang torch sa gilid ng pinto at bumukas ito. Not in ordinary way of how the common door's open, it slid off. I saw this kind of thing in Greece, in Uno's dungeon. Not personally but still this is cliché for me. It's old man's idea, obviously.

Pagbukas ng pinto mabilis kong tinago ang pagkagulat ng makita sila sa iisang mesa. Old man is standing in front of them. From the right side of the wooden table is Golib, Art, Kurd, Maecy and Daniel. On the other side is Jai and Ian, Frieg walks towards at the other side of Jai and take his seat. Old man look at me, and I ignore him.

I look at Ian, "I want to talk to you." And I look at them, "I don't want to intervene to some fucking serious discussion." Napansin ko ang nasa green boards sa likod ni Old man. "And a plans."

'They are planning something towards gang world?'

"Have a seat." Aya ni Old man.

"I don't have time." Mabilis kong sagot.
