Action 149: 'Ano? Kakatwiran ka pa?'

Lolo Le's POV

"I am glad seeing how calm he is."

Ares smile. I nod.

"I am, too, Ares. Let's have some coffee at the dining." Inaya ko sila Adrian, Pindus, Judea at Ares sa ibaba.

It's quarter to nine. Gusto ko sanang kausapin namin ang apo ko. Ares told me about their discussion with Em. Pero pareho kami ni Ares na hindi gusto ang desisyon ni Em. He is really stubborn. Gaya ng ginawa niya sa akin. Ako ang sumusunod sa kanya, para samahan siya sa bawat laban niya. It's not being slave of his stubbornness. But just like Ares, we choosed this. Not for us... For someone we care about.

"I didn't get it. Why do you need Em to go with you? What I know is that someone commanded you and that someone needs Em to be safe?" Panimula ni Adrian.

We started our conversation awhile ago bago namin pagdesisyunang mag-usap kasama si Em. But we ended up the same. Wala siya. Hindi siya pwedeng guluhin sa ganoong scenario. Mukhang wala na siyang lagnat. He looks more than fine.

"Em's grandfather commanded us." Simpleng sagot ni Ares sa kanya.

Nalaman ko kanina ang issue nila ni Ares. And I also found out that that was the last time Ares saw Em, ngayon na lang ulit. I am starting to filled in the missing pieces. With there own version of stories nalalaman ko ang nangyari sa kanya sa loob ng mga nagdaang taon. Pinag-ayos ko muna si Adrian at Ares bago kami nag-usap.

"Grandfather!?" Nanlalaki ang mga matang nilingon ako ni Adrian. At tinuro. "Pero..."

"Sa father side. Si Padrone Gestoso sa mother side ni Em," paliwanag ni Judea.

"Woah! H-how did his grandfather know what is happening to him?"

"That is also his question that we cannot answer." Ares told him. 

Napaisip din ako. Sino nga bang nagsabi kay Mouz. Impossible. Impossibleng malaman niya ang nangyayari sa gang world. He is totally out of this. Puwera na lang... Kung bumalik siya sa trabaho niya pagkatapos ng nangyari. Pero kahit ganoon mahihirapan parin siyang makakuha ng impormasyon. So how... Did he know.

"Do you have someone in mind, Padrone?" tanong ni Judea. Napailing ako.

"I have no one. Kurd and Golib is currently investigating about it. But gang world isn't that easy to gather information from. That's why they are still working on it."

"Why did you keep on asking that? Was the person behind your question is that important? What important is the proposal that I told Em. That I told you, too already."

"Yes, Miss Violet. That person is important. If I were Em, I'll wonder,  too. If my grandfather wants me to be safe because there is someone who told him about my situation. Meaning that someone is also concern to me. Now who is that someone? And since Em's mind is focus at pushing away all people who are concern to him well, he is really interested at that person."

"Mister New York guy, that's not important. Don't mind him being like that. We agree to Kyrie. We want Em to be safe, too. And if we will bring him to Kyrie, they will help us to stop Uno's schemes."

"Sounds easy. I wish that will remains as sound." Naiiling na sagot ni Adrian. Masama ang tingin na pinukaw ni Ares.

"How sure are you, Ares? Did Mouz commanded you personally? You saw him? You know his current situation?"

Umiling si Ares. "N-no Padrone. His men merge us and commanded us base on his orders. But... I am sure that he can do something about it."

"He can. But will he may? And besides... Em is the big problem."
