The Deep Oneshots Part 2

Me and Wolfgirl_12205 came up with this idea together! Hope you enjoy!

The Nektons were exploring a deep cave. They'd found it because of a symbol on the Ephemycron. Ant was hoping this was the one that would finally lead them to Lumuria. Unbeknownst to them Alpheus has just arrived in his submarine.

Alpheus decided it would be best to follow the Nektons inside. Maybe he could get to whatever was in the cave before them. By the time he caught up to them they were standing infront of some random pool of water.

"Hello Nektons."

They all jumped and turned around. It was only then that Alphues noticed Ant was missing. He wasn't to surprised, figured Ant had just ran off to check out some random animals he'd seen.

"Alpheus what are you doing here?!"

"Same as you I suppose, now why don't we-"

Alpheus was cut off as he was shoved from behind. He quickly lost his balance and fell into the water. He barley managed to get back to dry land when everything when black.

Meanwhile the Nektons were panicking. Alpheus had shrunk. He was now the size of a small toddler. The Nektons weren't sure what to do with him.

"ANT WHAT DID YOU DO!?! WHY IS HE SO SMALL!!"

"I DON'T KNOW, I THOUGHT HED JUST GET A LITTLE WET AND WE COULD RUN AWAY!!"

"WELL THAT CLEARLY DIDN'T HAPPEN!!"

"Kids, calm down, we need to figure out what to do with him."

"I say we leave him here!"

"We can't just lave him here Ant! He's just a baby!"

Kaiko gently picked Alpheus up off the ground.

"Come on, let's get him back to the Aronnax. We'll figure out what to do with him when he wakes up."

"But-"

"No buts Ant, you're the one that shoved him in so we're gonna have to get him back to normal."

Ant groaned but didn't argue any further. He knew they couldn't just leave him there but he still didn't like the idea of Alpheus being on the same submarine as him.

When Alpheus finally woke up he was alone is some random bedroom. He sat up in bed only to find that everything was huge. The bed, the dresser, the wardrobe. It took him a few seconds before he realised. The room wasn't big, he was just small. He immediately started panicking. Trying desperately to understand why he was so small.

He was in the middle of working out a plan to escape when Kaiko came into the room.

"Oh good you're awake."

Alpheus screamed and jumped back.

"Hey hey, it's ok I'm not gonna hurt you. I'm Kaiko, and your name is?"

Alpheus paused for a second. He realised that the Nektons thought that he'd forgotten everything, that he didn't know who they were. 'I can work with this.' He thought.

"I-I'm Alpheus."

"Well Alpheus it's nice to meet you. Are you hungry?"

Alpheus nodded and Kaiko lead him to the kitchen. She helped him get up onto a chair and then started making him some toast.

After a few minutes Ant walked in.

"Mum what's he doing here?"

"I'm getting him something to eat. Alpheus do you mind waiting here, I need to talk to Ant."

"Ok."

Kaiko practically pulled Ant out of the kitchen and into the hall way.

"Why is he out of his room?!"

"Ant I don't think he remembers anything."

"What?"

"I think the pool turned him back into a two year old both physically and mentally. He has no idea who we are or where he is."

Ant sighed.

"So let me guess I have to be nice to him."

"At least until we get him back to normal. Now can you keep an eye on him while I get your dad?"

"Fine I guess."

Ant walked into the kitchen and found Alpheus still sitting at the table.

"Uuuh hi Alpheus I'm Ant, nice to meet you."

"Oooh I know exactly who you are Antaeus and I am going to make your life a living hell!!"

Alpheus infront of everyone else: angel, sweet heart, could never do anything wrong.
Alpheus infront of Ant: devil spawn, evil, Satan himself
