Chapter 42 - It began?

Luke and Ahsoka were watching Ieneh and Alena having a hand in hand combat, around the other students.

The two girls were fighting with a bamboo staff, blocking each one attacks. The hitting of the staffs on each other filled the room.

Alena moved towards Ieneh, twirling her staff, before attack, making Ieneh blocked, and swinging the staff towards Alena that duck down, and with block, she spin around and hit the staff on Ieneh legs, making the devaronian fell, hitting her back on the floor with a groan, while Alena stand with her staff pointing at her friend.

"Very good," Luke said clapping his hands.

"It was. I never saw such movements before." Ahsoka said. "And I'm old."

"Ines thought it was better if the students could learn a hand in hand combat first. And I agree."

"And she is right. You need to learn out to fight because there can be moments where you don't have your lightsaber. Transferring those movements with a lightsaber, it is genius."

"And with your expertise on Lightsaber duel cause you are the best at Ahsoka. Better then me." Luke said. "We will only get better."

"My friend, we are always better in something. Ines is better in hand in hand combat, I'm on lightsaber duel and you with the force, and with that factor these students will be the best Jedi Knights ever," she smiled at them.

Then they heard the very recognizable voice of the twins.

"Papa! Papa!"

Coming out of the combat room, Luke frown when he saw his twin daughters running in his direction with the doll versions of him and Ines on their hands.

Crouching, he hugged them and picked them up, surprise to see the girls there.

"What are doing here?" he asked them, kissing each one of them on the cheek.

"We came with mama," Alli said looking at him.

Looking at the entrance he saw Ben going in his direction.

Putting the girls on the floor he pulled his is son towards him.

"Are you okay?" he asked, resting his hand on his forehead, afraid that some of them were sick.

"Yes daddy." the 5 year old kid said frowning at his father.

Standing up he saw Ines coming in, holding little Luke on her arms.

Walking towards her right away, he wrapped his arms around her.

"Babe what is it? Are you okay? Is the baby okay?" he said kissing her and looking at the baby, holding his little hand.

"We are all fine my love, don't worry," she said to him.

She knew that the moment, he saw her, after they agreed that it was for the best if she stayed at home for the at least two weeks, that he would think something happened to them.

"Then why are you here? With the kids?"

"Because something did happen that you need to know," she said and looked at Ahsoka. "And you too."

Luke and Ahsoka looked at each other wondering what Ines was saying.

"Master Ines," Nelah said.

"Hello," she said looking at the students that approached her to see the baby.

"Aww he is so cute," Luna said smiling.

"Well soon he will be here when I return," she told them.

"We miss you Master Ines," Eqol told her.

"I miss you too. All of you. But you are in good hands with Master Ahsoka," she said looking at her friend.

"I don't know about that," Ahsoka said.

"Stop it. You are great and I'm lucky to have another Jedi that is helping me," Luke told her.

"Thanks," she smiled back. She was happy to find new friends and she had come back.

"But let's talk inside," Ines said. "Come on kids."

"Mama can Gogu come?" Alli asked.

"If we say no he would go any way," Ines winked at her daughter, that giggled at her mother.

"Come Gogu," she said and they all smiled when the girls went inside towards the kitchen with Grogu followed them, while being followed by R2 and Ben.

"Yana, can you continue with training?" Luke asked her.

"Sure Master Luke," she smiled and the students went back inside the combat room, while they followed the kids.

As they entered in the kitchen, Aurea smiled when she saw the twins going in her direction.

"Hey Auwea," Padmé said smiling at the old Lady.

"Hey, I thought you were at home!" she said looking at Ines who entered holding Luke on her arms, while he was sucking his green pacifier with his little eyes open.

"Hello Aurea. Yes we were at home, but we need to be here right now."

"Auwea wook at my baby bwothe," Alli said pointing to her mother.

"I see," Aurea said walking towards Ines. "May I?"

"Sure," Ines said.

Picking her the one week old baby, Aurea smiled when the baby made his baby sound, releasing his pacifier, that made him whimp.

"I know. Here is your pacifier sweetie," Aurea said smiling when the baby calmed down once his pacifier was in his mouth, looking at Aurea. "Hi, Luke. My Goodness you are so cute," she said and look at Luke and Ines. "How in the world you two only make beautiful kids?" she said laughing.

Luke smiled and wrapping his left arm around Ines shoulder.

"Well because their mother is beautiful and they got the beauty from her."

"Luke you are beautiful too, what are you talking about?" Ines said looking at her husband.

"She is right. You are both beautiful so of course your kids would be too," Aurea said rocking little Luke on her arms.

"I agree with her," Ahsoka told them.

"Thanks, but there is a reason why I'm here and it is something you guys need to know," Ines said.

Telling them everything that Dan told her and Amidala back in her apartment, made Luke and Ahsoka looked at each other.

"I asked him to go back to his office and try to find from where they send those distress call. I'm waiting for him to communicate me," she said.

"You did the right thing, sweetheart."

"Was Leia informed yet about it?" Ahsoka asked.

"Not yet. Once Dan finds something, we need to tell her." Ines said.

Then Dan entered in the room.

"Hey so do you discovered something?" Luke asked him.

"The distress call came from the Unknown Regions but I got better news," he said.

"What?" Ahsoka asked.

"There were survivors and they are heading towards Coruscant," he said.

"Then finally we will have some answers," Luke said looking at his wife and to his friend. He just hope it would help.

So we have survivors from the attack. Will they be able to provide answers about who attacked them?
