Chapter 60 - Arrested

Ines was holding her baby and her 5 years old son closer to her, while watching Anuska, who was tied up, after being unconscious for a while. Ines was waiting for the guards to arrive and take her, but also for her family, who she informed right after she make sure Anuska didn't ran away.

"You will not find him," Anuska said after a while.

"We will see about that," Ines said who kissed Ben's top of his head.

Anuska looked at Ines and then to her kids. Ines noticed this.

"I'm sorry for the fact you can't have children, I really do Anuska." she said.

"Yeah right. I bet you were happy," She said rolling her eyes. "What is your secret Ines?"

"Secret?"

"What did you do to make the most famous guy in the galaxy fell in love with you. And also being so damn fertile. And not only that, you had to have that power, and know how to fight so well."

Ines looked at her.

"Why you care about my life? You always had everything since we were young. You have money, your parents were rich, basically you were Alderaan aristocracy. Why were you so obsessed to mock me because I prefer to fight than go shopping?" Ines asked her. "Look at you. You are a beautiful girl. Blonde hair, blue eyes. Any guy will falling for you."

Anuska couldn't help to smile at that.

"You think that? You really think that guys would like me for my looks? Or for my money?"

Ines gasped at that. Little by little she was understanding Anuska behavior.

"While you, everyone loved you. How great Ines was. How great Ines is in fighting. Since you were young, that you could do things that I wish I could do." Anuska continue, "Not only that, you had that amazing tan skinned, specially during summer, that when you wore those dresses, you stole the show. Everyone looked at you. Your perfect long brown hair, your amber eyes that change color with the light. Your slim body."

"Anuska come on really?"

"Are you telling me that Luke doesn't love all of those things in you?" Anuska asked, making Ines quiet, "See what I'm saying. And what pissed me off, you didn't even tried to look beautiful. You already were naturally."

"That is why the guys would never want me as their wife and mother of their children," Ines said to her.

"I said that because I wanted to you to think that too. I knew the guys liked you. I didn't get why you never care about them?"

Ines smiled.

"Because deep inside I knew the father of my children was not in Alderaan. I knew this since I was 10. It is something you can't understand."

Anuska nod.

"And you were right. I always envied you Ines, especially now. You have everything I always wanted: a husband that not only is famous but very handsome."

"Luke is way more than that. He is gentle, fair, humble, a good person that can see the good even in the most terrible person in the galaxy and do anything to redeem that same person. You only see the famous Luke Skywalker. Yes, he is famous and yes, he is handsome, and I'm so lucky that he choose me to be his wife and the mother of his children. But you don't know the real Luke. The amazing father, husband, uncle, brother, son, friend that he is. That is your mistake." Ines said.

Before Anuska could replied, they heard steps inside the Temple.

"Mama!" The twins screamed, and ran towards her and climbed on the couch they were sitting and both hugged their mother and brothers, giving them many kisses, that even Ben told them to stop.
