It was the day before the Freedom Day and Ines and Dan were at the time doing something they always did since they were small: they were combat training, being watched by Luke, Din and Han, and two set of twins and Grogu, while baby Luke was on his father's arms.

Blocking the attacks from her older brother, Ines twirl around and kick her brother in the gut, making him groan and make a few steps back, holding her stomach area.

"Watch this Din," Han said looking at the Mandalorian. "You will see how Ines can embarrassed a guy in front of everyone."

"Why do you think I feel in love with her and made her my wife?" Luke said smiling at his baby son, who was babbling, sucking his pacifier and resting his little hands on his father's face, making Luke kissing the little baby's hands and then his forehead.

"Like one of you wasn't enough, kid," Han said winking at him before looking back at the Talia siblings.

Ines was smiling at her brother.

"Do you really want to continue?"

"Scare that I can win?" Dan said with a smirk.

"You wish," she smiled and making a move, she trying to kick him, but this time Dan grabbed her right leg, and before she could react, he made her land on her back on the floor, looking at him with shock face.

"Come on little sister, don't tell I will win this time," he said with a smile on his face and stood his left hand towards her, trying to help her to get up.

Ines looked up at him, and grabbed his hand, and as she stoop up, she flip him and slam him on the ground while holding his arm, twisting it, making the guys wince.

"Oh that will leave a mark," Din said.

"You were saying, big brother?" she said with a grin and letting him go, standing up looking at him, while Dan rolled on his back and looked up at his baby sister.

"Very funny," he told her.

"Well sorry but you never won before against me," she laughed, especially when the kids, seeing him on the floor, ran towards him and lay on top of him. "That's it kids, get uncle Dan."

Dan laughed trying to grabbed the four kids.

"That is not fair. Four against one," he said.

"We won uncwe Dan," Padmé said laughing, especially when she and her twin sit on top of his chest, making groan, while the Solo Twins were both grabbing each of his legs, laughing.

"Okay, Okay I surrender." he said raising his arms, making the four kids jumping and clapping their hands.

"Come on, let go uncle Dan. He already suffered enough humiliations for today," Ines said clapping her hands, and help her brother stand up from the ground.

"I'm your brother, you should be on my side," he said pretending to be sad.

"They are my kids and nephews. Sorry. But you know I love you too," she said kissing his cheek.

Looking at his brother in law, Dan smiled.

"Good luck of dealing with her 24/7 now."

"Don't worry Dan, those two are perfect for each other. Trust me," Han said rolling his eyes.

"I can say the same about you and Leia," Ines said looking at him.

Before Han could answered, baby Luke stared to whimp.

"I think someone is hungry," Din said while holding Grogu, who reached the baby and stroke gentle his back, like trying to calm him down, making him smile at the scene.

Ines approached her husband and baby.

"I don't think the problem is hungry but someone else," she said giggling.

Just like his older siblings, little Luke hate to have a dirty diaper.

"Don't worry. It is his bath time anyway," Luke said looking at his wife. "Who wants to help me bathing Luke?" he asked looking at the little kids who jumped up and down and raising their hands

"Do you really need to ask them that?" Han said looking at him.

"Then come. Follow me," he smiled and leaning forwards, he kissed Ines before leaving, being followed by the two set of twins and Grogu, who wanted to see that too.

"Hey Din, let's meet Chewie and have some drinks?"

"Sure," Din said and they also left, leaving Dan and Ines alone.

Dan stood up from the floor and walked towards his sister, who was watching her husband disappeared inside their tree house.

Today was the day before the Freedom Day but for her and her brother was also a special day. If their father was alive, it was his 58th birthday.

Wrapping his right arm around her shoulders, he knew she was thinking of that too.

"I know. I wish he could be here right now. Seeing us and our beautiful families," he said making Ines looking at him and nod.

"Did you ever think that he could be alive somewhere? Hiding? Just like you were all those years?" she asked.

Since the moment she found our her two older brothers survived the destruction of their home planet, she kept thinking that maybe their parents did the same.

Dan looked at her. He understood what she meant.

"Sometimes I did in the beginning. But the years were passing by and that wish is vanishing little by little."

Ines sighed and looked down.

"I know what you mean, but maybe he is hurt, maybe he doesn't know who he is and maybe he is trap."

"Ines. I wish our parents were alive. I really do, but you know if they were, we would know by now."

"I didn't know about you if I didn't have those force visions of Ken and if Edmar didn't confirm to me the day my girls born, when he told me you were alive and hiding all these years. Maybe father is in the same situation."

"I don't want you to built hope on something that you know if every remote. I miss them too, a lot and I wish he was here. Both of them. But they are gone Ines." Dan said and kissing his sister forehead, he left, leaving her alone, looking at the horizon of Kashyyyk.

Deep inside she knew her brother was right to thinking that, but lately she kept having this thoughts. What if her father had survived?

Why I keep having these feelings lately? she thought.

She had to talk to her husband.

It is the day before Freedom Day and also the twins 4th birthday is coming soon too. What do you think of Ines feelings? Do you think her father is somewhere hiding too?
