Chapter 66 - Teaching

3 days had passed since the twins were sick with food poisoning.

After they drink what Malla and Chewie brought to them, that the girls started to feel much better.

Right now they were almost fully recovered and even their appetite returned, but they were still didn't want to leave the house and especially they still want to sleep between their parents.

Luke and Ines knew that they were not sick anymore but they were loving being spoiled by the whole family.

Right now Ines was sitting on the couch, with Baby Luke resting on her chest, sucking his pacifier, ready to take his afternoon nap, while the twins were sitting next to her, still on their pajamas, that they didn't want to put her day time clothes, and they were both watching their father and their older brother.

Both were sitting on the floor, with their legs cross.

Luke decided it was time for Ben started to learn the ways of the force. With 5 years old, Ben knew how to use to force already since he was a toddler, but he didn't knew how to control it and his father decided he would take the time in Kashyyyk to started teaching him the basics. After all in a few years he would started to learn in the Academy.

"That's it son. Feel the force. Imagine the block in your head." Luke was saying, looking to his son, who had his eyes close.

Right now Luke was instructed him to put some of his play blocks on top of each other, just like Master Yoda taught him when he was in Dagobah with the rocks.

The boy was focus, with his eyes close, as one of the blocks float in the air and slowly land on top of other one. Repeating it, until all the blocks were on top of each other, Luke smiled very proudly.

"Very good Ben," he said.

The little boy opened his eyes making sure to not look his focus and smiled when he saw the blocks on top of each other.

"I did it daddy."

"I told you could do it," Luke smiled at him.

"Your brother did it," Ines said to the girls. "What do say to him?"

"Good Ben," the girls said clapping their hands at their older brother.

The door opened and Din alongside with Grogu and Han entered.

"Hey I see someone are alright already," Han said sitting down, being followed by Din and Grogu, the Child spend all day with Din when he went to his ship to send a message.

"Yes they are, but I think someone like to be the center of attention of the whole family, right?" Ines looked at her daughters, who giggled and cover themselves with the blanket.

"Yup, the twins are back," Han said laughing, pulling the blanket revealing the girls who stood up on the couch and both hug Han. "I miss my nieces."

Luke smiled at the scene. He was happy to know that his kids would always have someone to watch over them, no matter what.

Looking at Din, he asked the Mandalorian.

"So, did you send the message?"

"I did send. Now all we need to do is waiting," he replied.

Later Iris entered.

"There you are," she said looking at her father, who was sitting around with Din and Luke, both playing a card game and drink some Jawa Juice.

"What?"

"Mother was wondering where you were."

"And she asked you to watch over me. Typical of your sister," Han said looking at Luke who shrug his shoulders.

Sitting on the couch, she smile when the twins came from the kitchen drinking their favorite drink.

"Look who is filling fine," she said smiling at the girls.

"They are even if they like to pretend they are not," Ines said to her niece who laughed at the girls.

The girls were near the guys now, and they were looking at Din, when Padmé grabbed Din's arms.

"Uncwe Din."

"Yes sweetie?" he asked.

"Bend ovew." she said making Din frown and bending over, she started to looked at his hair.

"Padmé sweetie what are you doing?" Luke asked to his daughter.

"See if Uncwe Din have cooties," she answered her father, making Han spit his drinking.

"What?" he said laughing.

"You brother in law decided to tell his daughters that every boy except the one in the family have cooties." Ines said. "Now your niece is checking if Din has it."

Han looked at Luke and started laughing.

"You did what?"

"Shut up," Luke said and looked at Padmé. "Sweetie, Uncle Din don't have cooties either."

Padmé looked at her father and then to Din.

"Am I clean?" he asked smiling.

"Yes," she said.

"Do you think that would work when your kids grow up and not look at boys?" Han laughed.

"Shut up," Luke said.

"Let me try," Han said and looked at Iris. "Sweetheart, boys have cooties you know. You can only trust me."

Iris looked at her father and frown.

"Nice try father but I already pass that age," she said standing up. "Come home cause it is dinner time," she looked at him.

"You are just like your mother," Han said and stood up. "See you guys." and left them laughing at that.

Somewhere in the Galaxy:

Thrawn was in his room, when the door opened behind him. Without even turned to face the officer, he asked him

"Did you find them?"

The officer tensed up.

"My Lord there was no sight of the Skywalker family in Naboo."

Turning around all of the sudden, Thrawn looked at him.

"What do you mean there was no sight?"

"They are not there. Our spies informed us that they never land on Naboo."

"They tricked us. How?"

"I don't know my Lord," the officer said.

"Find them. I want to know where they are," Thrawn said.

"They will have to return to Coruscant later on," the officer spoke.

"I know but without knowing where they went how we will stop them? FIND THEM!"

"Yes sir," the officer bow and left the room in a worried.

Without their knowledge a Stormtrooper were paying attention to the whole conversation and smiling under his helmet, knowing his info was received and they got the message.

So the twins are feeling better now and Thrawn is not happy to find out the Skywalker family trick him.
