I'll write you each a letter
I pen them one by one
and then when I am finished
we know what must be done
all things come to an end
gold can never stay
once I finish I'll go but
don't worry it's not today
I want you to please not hate me
just do what's best for you
but if you hate me that's okay
because I hate me, too
I can't wait to show the letters
I can't wait to say goodbye
just promise me one thing
you'll remember me after I die
