it's a cycle, a circle, a hamster wheel

it's not a roller coaster

because even though a roller coaster

goes up and down

it has a beginning

and it has an end

you choose to get on the ride

and you choose to get off

this

is a circle, a cycle, a hamster wheel

there is no end

there is no beginning

it always was

and always will be

i can't say when it started

and i can't tell you when it will end

the only solution that i see

is to step off of the wheel

and out of the circle

because only then

will i find peace
