i'm not in love with you
but you're in love with me, you see
i don't want to do this, so i'm not doing it for me
i'm doing this for the sake of my family
it's a business transaction
for their satisfaction
people will think it's strange
to know that this is arranged
they'll tell us the times have changed
but i don't mind doing this for a little while
especially since it makes you smile
and i know you're sad, i know you're depressed
i've felt the same sinking, crushing feeling in my chest
we'll try this out, we'll see what this is like
maybe it's something we'd like to do
maybe i'll learn to really love you
but until then this is all kinda awkward
