i killed someone, brother
i plotted out his death
please don't tell mother
i know she'll scream, i know she'll cry
she won't understand that he had to die
i killed someone, brother
i stood him up on a chair
i tied a noose around his neck
i didn't want to share the air
so i let him fall with a snap
i killed someone, brother
i pushed him so he'd fall
he flew in his last moments so
i don't regret it, not at all
i killed someone, brother
fed him poison in a cup
he cried out for another
and i drowned him with it
i killed someone, brother
i hated him so much
i just wanted him dead
so i put a gun in his mouth
and shot a bullet through his head
i killed someone, brother
and you said you'd have my back
but maybe this time you won't forgive me
and to be honest, i wouldn't blame you
