I'm tired of all this animosity

poem after poem claiming apathy

but it's hate, you both seem to hate each other

i think that's because you both love each other

i'm just tired of these verse atrocities

i know neither of you will give an apology

that's okay, I don't expect that

i didn't even want to get in the middle of this

but i don't want to see either of you lose your humanity

"hakuna matata" is the best philosophy

and since you both want to put the other in your past

them move on and forget the other one fast

and stop writing poems about each other

because your hate and love is killing each other

(go ahead and say you don't care, but i don't care

i just want this drama to quit)
