she calls me just at the right time
to stop me from doing something stupid
(and before your mind jumps to that,
it's not that,
and why do you always assume
that i'm going to do that?)
she tells me she loves me
and she tells me other things i need to hear, too
and my mind calms, a radiating peace
and i tell her i love her, too
