CHAPTER NAME : Accomplice.

After the battle with the black demon of the hellish flames Kai Ando went to grab Christopher Valentines and Anya Russia, forced them to change into a more suitable outfit and left the Kurushima academy with them by his side.

Unfortunately Anya Russia didn't possess any normal clothes in his eyes since all she had besides her school uniform was just Russian military clothing so Kai indeed expressed his disappointment as they walked along together before reaching the shore of the academy island where they pressed a button lowering a large bridge in order to cross over into Japan's main island.

Feeling a bit hungry at this point since he was dragged along with them before he could've had a proper meal Christopher then went over to a food stall where he bought some Mochi ice cream for everyone.

Somewhat pleased by his actions Kai and Anya both took their mochi ice cream from him and began to munch on it as Kai gestured for them to follow him, an so they did while simultaneously eating their mochi ice cream.

Passing by a music store in a mall they need up in, Christopher started bobbing his head to some of the lovely music coming from inside but Kai had no plans of stopping there so they ended up on a bench somewhere outside a clothing store waiting until they had completed their meals and tossed them into the trash.

When they were all done Kai got up and led them to the clothing store where he declared to them both.

" Pick out whatever you like, something preferably more casual than a battle uniform ? I'll be paying so you can go wild with all your pickings. "

Delighted by those words Christopher bolted off and started rapidly picking out outfits he liked since they were basically going to be free, however Anya simply stood there unable to choose any outfit from any of the choices around only whispering.

" All my life I've always been a soldier of my home country so I've never actually worn anything besides these sorts of clothing, I highly doubt a skirt or a dress would even fit someone like me, so is this even actually necessary ? "

Over hearing her complaints after seeing her hesitation Kai slowly walked over to her before holding on to one of her shoulder and using his other hand to point out a random female outfit that caught his eyes.

" Miss Anya Russia, how about you try on those over there I think they'd actually suit you since they aren't very overbearing for someone like you who prefer pants although they are a bit more feminine ? "

Briefly staring at his pickings she considered at the very least trying it on, so she went over to have a closer look and that's when they noticed that they were being watched by one of the shopping mall's employees who approached her with a smile on her face as she asked when she finally expressed some interest in picking out something.

" Wow those would look lovely on you miss, we don't get too many foreigners around here so I'm glad your taste in clothing is so spectacular. "

Which caused Anya to reply somewhat defensively.

" Actually this outfit was that guy's idea. "

Thus the store clerk looked over at Kai and asked.

" So is he your boyfriend ? "

Surprised by the assumption Anya froze up before ever so slightly flashing a very light shade of pink turning around proceeding to reveal.

" Well he isn't that bad looking and he's really damn strong but I can't say that I know him very well, he's actually holding us hostage actually. "
