The silver haired girl then got up clenching her fist with the box and said with a harsh tone.

" Trying to play hero huh vermilion boy well you're wasting our time we all already know that heroes don't truly exist so stop wasting our time. "

And Fukushima hid the desperate look on his face by smiling an said.

" So you really are a hero huh, this is the second time you saved me I thank you for that but your help is no longer required. If I fail here and now then the whole world might be in danger if the thing in that box is released. "

And it took me awhile but I realized what he was actually saying.

" Wait are you telling me to leave you to fight her on your own, are you crazy ? "

And he said completely dropping the facade revealing that he was a bit sad, and angry.

" Look I know that I might seem a bit desperate but this is something that I'll have to do on my own I can't risk getting anyone else involved. "

But I didn't have time to be arguing with him I was already involved so it was too late to leave now.

Plus orientation that was supposed to be held at the Auditorium was probably boring so I might as well use this opportunity to test my skills.

" Don't flatter yourself I'm not here to help you blonde, I'm actually here to stop you two from fighting you didn't really expect me to stand by and watch you hit a lady did you ? "

I said with a grin spread across my face then walked towards her and held out my right hand about to ask her if she could hand over the box.

I immediately learned that it wouldn't be that easy when she glared at me with blood lust in her eyes and my clairvoyance showed a not so pretty picture of me sliced in half.

'No I can't die here not again.' I thought as I backed away from her using heavenly leap I could see Fukushima standing there completely clueless of why I did so but I didn't have time to explain it to him.

" Hey Mikaru what's wrong why'd you withdraw all of sudden ? "

And I said still recovering from that unsettling premonition still lingering in my mind.

" If I didn't move just now she would have definitely killed me. "

And after Fukushima heard those words he looked towards her in disbelief that she'd go as far as to take someone's life in order to find out what's inside of his box.

And that's when he realize it, that's when he realized that she had summoned a silver blade and she was holding it in her right hand in a position that implied that she had swung it at me.

It was the exact same blade that she had used to kill me in a previous life while they were both fighting although that was in a separate timeline.

" Are you really willing to kill for my box come on for all you could know it could be a empty family heirloom. "

Fukushima said trying to give my tactic a shot an convince her but without dropping his guard like I did.
