Adrian Fletcher - god he was annoying. Upbeat, calm in a crisis, supportive and not scared of her at all. Most irritating of all though was the way he made her heart skip a beat when he came in her office. She admitted to herself that she looked forward to seeing him every day and it was an unfamiliar feeling to say the least. Very few people had ever penetrated the Naylor heart of ice.
When she'd been asked if she'd been scared when she was a patient after the shooting and if she'd had someone to help it hit Jac how much she had relied on Fletch. He made her feel safe when he watched over her and was there when she came out of surgery and was basically always there for her. Even before the shooting he was the only one who saw her breakdown about Jasmine and all the other stuff in her life that led to her having panic attacks and doubts about her ability as a surgeon. He was relentless - she hadn't really had a choice but to let him in.
And now she was sat in her office thinking about him when she should have been catching up on paperwork
