" come on you lot out you get" he opened the car door for Ella, Emma and Theo to get out of the car after he'd unclipped their car seats. They got to the front door and could hear wham blasting out.
On letting them in Fletch looked at the 3 of them and put his finger to his lips " ssshhh" then signalled for them to follow him into the kitchen. They stood there trying not to giggle at the sight of the great Jac Naylor dancing to cheesy 80s tunes wearing yellow marigolds. She had her back to them. Fletch got his phone out. He bent down and whispered. " when I give you the thumbs up say surprise really loud ok and I'll take a picture" the 3 hopped up and down with excitement. Luckily the music was so loud that Jac didn't even hear them get home

Jac found herself laughing and went after the 4 0f them with her sudsy hands. " I'll get you for that". The kids squealed as she chased them and Fletch made a big show of pretending to hide behind the kids. Eventually they all landed in a pile on the sofa.
Out of breath Fletch suggested to the kids to go and play in the garden
" you are dead Fletcher" Jac laughed punching him lightly on his arm. " you are beautiful" he responded
"Oh shut up. I wearing sweatpants, no make up and my hair in a messy bun"
" exactly. Beautiful " he gave her a peck on the cheek and stood up

He pulled her up and they started dancing together. The song finished and 'careless whisper' came on.
"School disco flashbacks" he cringed
" aw couldn't get anyone to smooch with"
" no" he huffed " Debbie Johnson and Charlotte Reynolds had a fight over who would dance with me so in the end they made up by the end of the song and I got to dance with neither of them!"
" Aww poor Fletch. Mind you I can see where they were coming from. I would scratch anybody's eyes out if they wanted to dance with my man"
