Merthur/Merlin one shot

Gwaine's dare

So Merlin got dared by Gwaine to make a scene at their next hunting trip. As well as shouting for leaving him alone that night. Merlin wasn't sure how Gwaine would make Arthur go away for a moment, but he accepted the dare. It seems like a fun idea and he could never let a dare go, or at least not from his best friend. There was as well the fact that he wanted to prank Arthur. And he really wanted to see his reaction. That was why he would do it. The reaction would be too good, all he hoped that it wouldn't backfire on him. (Let's just say it did backfire in the end C;)

This was the first time he actually felt excited to go on a hunting trip and he was grinning from ear to ear. Arthur looked weirded out and he was gleeful at this. God was that fun to mess with Arthur and Gwaine grinned as well. This will be fun.

So the first few hours everything was like always and soon night neared. They by now hadn't had found anything, but soon Arthur saw something and left. Gwaine winked at him and he stayed behind. His expression changed to panic, but on the inside was as gleeful as ever. So after a while sniffed and started to pout when Arthur came back.

"How dare you leaving me alone! You can't just go and let me alone here at night. This isn't fair. I could have been attacked by bandits you know!"

His lips quivered slightly to make him look more upset and like a sad kicked puppy. What he didn't expect was that Arthur got closer and closer to him as he then said...

"So sorry Merls, maybe I can make it up to you..."

Afterward, he gets close, puts his arms around Merlin's waist and kiss his collar bone, so that there was soon a hickey and at the end he licks his said hickey. He froze as his cheeks flushed in a deep red. To make it more horrifying embarrassing was that Arthur said...

"Don't worry when we get back there will be more..."

He leaves afterward, and with this, his entire face was a flustered mess. And he wondered on his mind...

'What the hell just happened...'

And this wasn't the worse worse part, he saw Gwaine laughing that hard that he was almost crying. He punched him on his shoulder and stomped away as well. After all, it was Gwaine's fault. He realized that Arthur caught up and oh boy will he get that other male for this. An evil smirk started to be shown, but still with flustered cheeks. Gwaine followed and still a giggling mess. After a while, he calmed down and asked.

"What will you do now?"

An evil cackle was given as an answer and he had the same glint in his eyes. It was the kind of evil glint Morgana had whenever she was going to do play matchmaking or when she wants to mess with people, like dressing them up. 

"Let's just say I will get him for this and you better be ready Arthur Pendragon."

A/N that was fun. I got the idea once again from the same person -Line-28- and maybe there will be a second part. Hope you enjoyed it like I did when writing this chapter.
