((Abuse Warning I guess))

A week being into the apartment.
The downstairs neighbors were extremely loud. Pissing us off most of the time.
It was one am. We heard the neighbors downstairs have a fight. The words were clear as day in my ears.
Boris was obviously angry. He got up and grabbed his phone. But I grabbed his wrist. "What are you doing?" I asked Boris. Rubbing my eyes tiredly. He turned to me. "Calling the cops?" He replied. "I'm cold, please stay in here while you call..." I said, gripping onto his arms. "Okay." Boris replied, sleepiness became obvious in his voice.
He slowly dialed the numbers as the fighting became louder. I heard Boris's light talking and constant yawning but I couldn't focus on his words. I was way to tired. We both were.
I remember that I couldn't keep my eyes open and fell asleep until the cop sirens and a knock on our door startled me. Waking me up.
Boris opened the door. Boris explained best as possible what he had heard. Until they all turned to me. "Love? You awake enough to talk?" Boris asked. I shook my head softly and got under the blankets. A few more minutes passed by, it went so slow. But it all came together when Boris placed a quick kiss on my lips. "Very, very sorry about this baby." He whispered as he pulled my body on-top of his. "It's alright" I murmured. Looking up at him. The need for sleep showed in his face. "Time to sleep." I added. Pulling him down to sleep. He turned off the lamp and cuddled into my chest, his body warmth making it possible to fall asleep
