Chapter 12~ After Prom

((This is after the prom, This is a super fluffy chapter as well :) remember to wear headphones while listening to the music!!))

We went to the prom, it wasn't bad. Nobody really cared about our gay relationship. Nobody really talked to us anyways. We both spent a few hours away from each other to get ready for prom. I wore a long sleeved button up shirt. I met Boris in his driveway. We both held hands as we walked into the school. It was all in the schools gym. The slow dancing had already begun. He led me to the a spot he had found. It took us both a solid moment but we figured it out. Boris places his hands on my waist and I placed my hands on his shoulders. It took me a minute but Boris helped me find what the rhythm of the music was. Once I figured it out I looked up at Boris. He was smiling. It was probably the happiest I had seen him in a while. Both our foreheads were against each other. Our bodies slowly moving to the music and trying not to get offbeat.
I never wanted to leave that moment. I felt so safe. Like nobody else was around us. It was just me and Boris. We decided not to eat at the school and to go eat somewhere else. It was dark. But we found a place near the school, it was near a river. Millions of stars above our heads. I smiled when we arrived. We sat there. Boris took the time to teach me some Russian sign language. Mainly just curse words. It was a lot harder than I expected. He'd have to grab my hands and show me how to do it with my hands in his. I learned a few. Which made Boris happy. We both argued about who's going to pay for the food that Boris had ordered to arrive at his house. I wanted to. But Boris wouldn't let me. It took us a solid 5 minutes to agree. Boris payed. I really wanted to do something for him. Once the food was almost there. Boris picked me up. I didn't want him to be so nice to me but there's no fighting him. He's extremely stronger than me. I was extremely tired so there was no intention for me to try and fight him. I was half asleep on his back as he walked to his house. When I officially awoke Boris handed me a bag of the takeout food he ordered. All I can say is, we ate the food and we came up with the worst flirts. Boris obviously was able to 'win.' We watched one of the Jurassic Park movies and then we went to bed. Of course we both didn't fall asleep instantly. I kissed Boris. He kissed back. I'm so glad I was able to take Boris to prom. I've never seen him that happy before. It makes me happy.
Anyways I better get going now :)

((SO FLUFFY OML. I hope you enjoyed this. It totally reminded me of the song I listed above. I cried listening to that song. It brings back so many happy memories oof :( but it fits the prom scene and the fluff so much 🥺 oml.
