Mixed Race Puppies

The granddaughter, Heavan has a little brown chihuahua that hasn't been fixed and her mom put her outside one time to many and she turned up preggers. A conversation between the granddaughter and I yesterday evening.
Keep in mind this is a very intelligent 15 year old.

[6:23:12 PM] Tommie: how many
[6:24:23 PM] heavan: five
[6:24:41 PM] Tommie: Is she doing ok, and the puppies ok
[6:24:52 PM] heavan: yes everybodys doing great and cute
[6:25:15 PM] Tommie: wonderful news, can you tell who da baby daddy?
[6:26:10 PM] heavan: well, they are part black
[6:27:09 PM] Tommie: ??? what?
[6:29:43 PM] heavan: what?
[6:29:50 PM] Tommie: What are you telling me? Monkey had black puppies, or the father is black, what?
[6:41:09 PM] heavan: the color of the puppies is part brown and part black, pay attention granny, dogs can't have puppies of a different race.
