Originally, this was gonna be a bit of a joke-ish ShinKami chapter, but...

I decided to do something else >:3

Also, in the process of writing this, I realized just how overpowered Shinsou could potentially be.

"I miss you." Kirishima said. "You as in the real you, not whatever you are now."

"...what do you mean?"

"You've changed a lot since you and Shinsou disappeared. It's like you aren't yourself anymore, Bakugou."

"Is it?"

"You're much quieter, and less angry, and normally those changes would probably be a good thing, but for you... it just doesn't feel right..."

"Oh. Sorry."

"And that too! You're apologizing!" Kirishima pointed out. "Bakugou, you were gone for four years... all of us were really worried, and now that you're back you're basically a different person, so that's why I just need to know..."

"What on Earth happened to you...?"

It started during the Sports Festival, didn't it?

Yeah, it all started when the final match came to an end...

"The winner of the first match is..."

"HITOSHI SHINSOU!"

Bakugou was in shock, watching from the stands.

Deku just... lost?

"Shinsou's quirk seems very strong." He heard someone say.

"Agreed." Someone else said.

"I wonder who he'll fight next?"

"Well, the next match is Todoroki vs Sero, right? If so, I believe Shinsou will be fighting Todoroki next."

"Hm... those two both have powerful quirks, don't they?"

"That entire match will ride on whether or not Half'n'half can figure out what that kid's quirk is..." Bakugou said to himself. "And if he doesn't, that means he'll be fighting me in the finals, since I definitely won't lose any of my matches."

Now was time for the fated final battle.

Shinsou vs Bakugou.

Once the battle started, the victor was already decided.

Shinsou dodged the opening right-hook attack.

"I've been watching the other matches carefully..." Shinsou began. "I wanted to make sure I'd win. Though I have to say... always attacking with your right hand first, don't you think it's a bit... predictable...?"
