"You and I both agree it's too hard to maintain this relationship and keep up with training and school, right?"

"R-right..."

"Perfect. So no hard feelings, right Ei?"

"...yeah, sure."

Kirishima slammed his door shut as hard as he could after that 'agreement'.

He lied when he agreed that there were no hard feelings, there were DEFINITELY hard feelings.

"T-this can't be happening!" Kirishima said to himself, panicking. "A-after everything we've been through together, h-he just... he j-just leaves me?!" He yelled. "And what did he mean it's too hard to maintain this relationship and keep up with training?! I-I've been having a super easy time doing both, i-is he saying he finds me so annoying that he can't focus on school?! No, n-no that can't be it, RIGHT?! H-HE LOVED ME, RIGHT?!"

Kirishima's panic evolved from 'I can't believe this is happening!' to 'WAS HE LYING ABOUT LOVING ME?!'

Yeah. He wasn't doing too great.

"I... I can't let this happen..." Kirishima whispered to himself. "I... c-can't let him leave me... I can't let us split apart... we have to stay together, w-we just have to!"

Kirishima knew he can't let this happen.

He can't let Bakugou leave him.

He can't let that happen, no matter what.

He'll make sure that doesn't happen.

Bakugou was (rudely) awoken by someone shaking him.

"Oh good, you're alright..." Kirishima said, relieved. "I've been trying to wake you up for an hour...

"...where the Hell are we...?"

"I don't know." Kirishima confessed. "I-I just woke up here, and saw you beside me..."

Despite,  you know, everything about his personality, Bakugou was actually fairly smart... so, when he heard Kirishima say that, he was doubtful.

"Sure." He said, deciding to just go along with it.

"Hey, Katsu... when we get out of here... I was wondering-"

"No."

"YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT I WAS GONNA SAY!" Kirishima yelled.

"You were wondering if we could get back together." Bakugou explained. "That's what you were gonna say, right?"

"N... no, why... w-why would I want that?" Kirishima nervously asked. "I mean, we... we agreed that was the best option for both of us, d-didn't we...? So... why would I want..."

"Damn you're bad at hiding your feelings." Bakugou said. "Listen, maybe we could get back together at some point. But if we do, it'll probably be after we graduate."

"After... we graduate...?" Kirishima asked. "No, n-no that's too long! B-by the time that happens, you'll be dating someone else! YOU WON'T CARE ABOUT ME ANYMORE!" He started yelling.

"Alright Kirishima, calm down, I promise that won't happen."

"NO YOU DON'T!" Kirishima yelled. "YOU'RE LYING! Y-YOU'RE LYING TO ME! I KNOW THAT FOR A FACT BECAUSE THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT HE SAID TO ME BEFORE HE-"

"SHUT UP!" Bakugou screamed. "You're only saying that to guilt me into getting back together with you before I'm ready." He placed his warm hands on Kirishimas face. "I know. You've been through a lot of shit in your life, things you never should have gone through. And I know you're scared about me leaving you, but... I won't, ok? We'll still be friends, got it?"

"No... no that isn't good enough." Kirishima said. "I didn't want to use these, but..."

"Where did you get those?" Bakugou asked.

"Oh, I got Yaoyorozu to make them for me!" 

"She's smart, there's no way you asked her to make a pair of handcuffs and then had her agree to do it."

"You're right..." Kirishima admitted. "She didn't agree, so I threatened her!"

"You're insane." Bakugou said. "Once we get back-"

"Oh, I'm sorry, I forgot to tell you..." Kirishima began, smiling widely. "We're not going back! You're staing here forever~!"

"I'm so sorry, I don't want to be a bad person, it's just that you wanted to leave me, and..."





"I can't let that happen."
