You're a part of the Hero course! Class 1-B, specifically.
As you were walking back to the dorms one day...
Someone grabbed you from behind, and (since this is a yandere fanfic) chloroformed you.
"Eh, I've had a good life." You thought. "It's probably fine if they kill me."
You slowly opened your eyes, and were met with... low, candle light in front of you.
You were tied to a chair, you didn't know what was going on, and to add to that, you were still alive for some reason?!
And then, the culprit... or rather, culprits were revealed.
It was... your classmates...?
"Happy birthday, (Y/N)!" They all said.
Oh right, it's your birthday today.
"Uh... thanks."
Why did they have to chloroform you to do this????
