Its your duty

A new life

Numerous things had happened since Tony Stark's funeral. Stephen Strange had gone back to New York to guard the sanctum and the time stone. Wanda had disappeared off everyone's radar, but Jenna was doing everything she could to try and reach her somehow. Scott had headed back to his family, he had Hope and Cassie now. He did promise that he would stay in contact with Jenna and that they would visit, Cassie was keen on the idea and had already started calling her Auntie Jen. Clint had gone back to stay with his family and live the life he deserves. Everyone had resumed life from where it paused five years ago.

Except for Jenna, she was starting a new life. She, Thor and Valkyrie were stood on the cliffs of New Asgard, overlooking the ocean. To the left of them was a spaceship that Thor had taken ownership of somewhere along the journey.

"What's happening with that spaceship V, we don't exactly need it, do we?" Jenna turned to Valkyrie who stood shrugging her shoulders.
"I need it." Thor corrected her, "I want to travel space."
"What's brought this idea on then Thor?" Valkyrie asked, raising one eyebrow.
"Well, I haven't been anywhere except Asgard and Midgard, also Jotunheim and Titan but they don't count as I was only there for a few hours. When we were all on our ship, space seemed so beautiful. Also, when Loki and I were younger we both had two dreams, we both wanted to be Valkyrie's but once we found out they were an all female group the idea went out the window. Our second dream was that we wanted to travel space, so in memory of Loki, I am going to do just that." Thor did shed a tear thinking of Loki.
"Go make Loki proud Thor." Jenna smiled, patting him on the shoulder.
"I will Lady Jenna, goodbye Lady Valkyrie. Love to you both."
"Bye Sparkles." They laughed in unison.

But Thor had turned back towards them, his mind was moving like clockwork.
"Wait, before I go, Jenna, I pronounce you Queen of New Asgard." Thor tapped his hand on each of her shoulders, as if to knight her, "I already informed the villagers, go do them proud."
"Thor, are you serious?" Jenna couldn't help but be so confused,
"Completely. Loki was next in line to the throne, your the closest thing we have to Loki now, you know, with the horns and the, anyway. Go be the best Queen Asgard has ever had!" Thor fist bumped the air.

Thor climbed into the ship. It took him a while to figure out how to start it up, but once he got the hang of all the buttons, he was well away.
"We went from three, to four, back to three, and now two." Jenna pressed her lips together, reminiscing all the memories.
"You'll figure this whole ruling thing out Jen, no need to worry." Valkyrie smiled at her friend. Both of their eyes were watering but they both blamed it on the wind.

They both took one last look at the ocean before gripping hands and skipping down the cliff.

Jenna was about to get a proper introduction to New Asgard.
