Spencers POVWe made it home and decided to make some food, sure that we would be grateful for it later when we came home a little.. well, drunk.
That took us a little longer than we expected so we started to rush to get ready before we had to pick up the suits.
We realized that Friday could hook us up with a ride and that way we didn't have to worry about driving ourselves.
"Ready?"
"So ready."
And with that, we made our way to Luigi's shop to pick up our suits for tonight. He insisted we try them on before we left and it was like the worlds most comfortable glove.
We thanked him endlessly as we walked out and promised to see him in a few days when the other two suits were ready.
And then we found ourselves in some ritzy club that was suggested to us by Friday.
It actually wasn't bad. The music was good, though no one was really dancing. The drinks were even better.
We were at the bar grabbing another drink when I felt a tap on my shoulder.
I turn around ready for just about anything.
I'm met with two beautiful women. Oh boy.
"Hi. You two women are looking marvelous," the one with dark hair says as she very clearly checks both of us out. I look over to Yelena, raising my brow. She just shrugs her shoulders as she sips her drink.
"Uh, thanks." I can't say much more than that.
"Well, we figured we couldn't let two stunning women like you go without drinks, but we see you already have one. How about the next round?" The red head moves closer to Lena. She looks very uncomfortable.
And that's when I take no more shit.
"Listen, ladies, we are very flattered, but neither of us are looking for anyone or anything. We just wanted a nice night out together. I'm sorry."
They look at each other and their demeanor changes. Oh great. Why can't we have one normal night?
"Okay. Sorry to have bothered you," red head again.
"Yeah, we can leave you alone. Enjoy your night." The brunette.
Huh. See, they know how to back away when someone isn't interested.
But, just because we aren't interested in them for those reasons, doesn't mean we couldn't all have a great time.
"Do either of you like to dance?" I ask before they can fully walk away.
The red head turns around, "we love to dance. Though we are in the wrong place for that."
"Well, there is a dance floor. And I don't know about you, but that means dancing is more than welcome."
They just give us weird looks. But Lena knew what I was up to. She swiftly ordered us all a shot and downed the drink she had in her hand.
The ladies followed our lead. I went over to the man in charge of the music and with some convincing, we were on the dance floor, dancing and singing our hearts out to When I Grow Up by The Pussycat Dolls.
We did not care that others were looking at us oddly. We did not care if they didn't like the song choice. We were having fun.
And after a couple more songs and a few more drinks, others started to join us on the dance floor.
