Spencers POV

Oh. The infinity stones. Well.. I don't really know the reasoning for the intensity or why I am here still. So that didn't really give me much.

Unless something has happened to them? But I feel like this would somehow (though it seems impossible) be even more serious and tense.

"Okay.."

"And if we should destroy them or use them."

Well, shit.

I let out a long breath.

I'm still not entirely sure why I'm here. I mean, I don't really feel like I have a say, right? I'm not apart of the team or anything.

I know I don't really know anything about them. Besides maybe being attached to one? Or connected? I don't know if that warrants having a say in anything to do with them.

"I take it that that was the debate that was happening when we walked in?" Nat asks.

      "Yes," Tony answers simply.

"So I also take it we're a little split on what to do?" I ask.

      "You could say that."

"So what's the real stances? I mean besides just destroy or keep, what's the reasoning behind it?"

"So glad you asked that, Spencer," Tony starts, I can tell he's ready to get into it.

What did I get myself into?

"Some of us who have thought this through know that we should not destroy the stones but keep them in our possessions."

"Oh come on, Tony. You really think having this power in our hands is a good idea?" Steve retaliates.

"Who's hands would be better? Wouldn't you rather have this to use against anything that's bigger than us out there? Because we know we're the little guys in this galaxy," Tony fights back.

"I don't think you get it Tony, this kind of power in anybody's hands is bad. If even one stone gets taken.." Gamora speaks up. She knows the lengths that people can go for these things.

"That's the thing! Don't you think we're better off having that power ourselves? If we constantly try to understand these things, if we keep them in secret places, we know we have the upper hand. I don't know about you, but I don't want to go into a fight with our pants already around our ankles." Tony again.

"You really think it's that simple? As long as these stones are in existence there will be people trying to come after them. We will never be safe," Nebula says.

"Well yeah. But are we ever going to be truly safe? There's things out there that know we're here and know we can pack a punch. Don't you think that's going to draw their attention to us?" Peter, I think, speaks up. This causes Gamora to give him the death stare. It's scary. I've been there.

"The small man has a point. I'd rather have the advantage so that we can squish our enemies if they come for us," this was Drax. That's his real name. He is also blue.

Nothing against it. Just creating a picture for you.

"This is about more than crushing enemies. We have a chance to end the cycle of power. We don't even know the full extent of what Thanos was doing for those stones. We don't need others to think they could do the same," Bucky this time.
