                                  Spencers POV

"Okay, love. How much time do we have?"

We're sitting in our room getting ready for Tonys party. Okay, I'm actually hanging upside down off of the bed. And I am not currently getting ready for anything.

I'm not sure what I feel like wearing. So I'm using the excuse of waiting for Nat to show me what she is wearing.

I don't get a verbal answer from Nat. Instead she slowly walks out of the bathroom, swaying her hips so slowly..

I gradually sit up and turn myself upright, not taking my eyes off of her for a second. She takes her time walking, stoping just in front of me.

I finally bring my eyes up to meet hers. I audibly gulp once I see her expression.

"You still haven't started getting ready?"

I'm not even going to try to form anything coherent, so I just shake my head 'no'.

She narrows her eyes at me. I scramble to stand up, pulling her close to me.

"Love.." I trail my finger up her arm as I speak, "I don't think we're going to that party."

She leans in close, nibbling on my ear before she whispers, "we're going to the party. Pick out an
outfit. And if you behave, I'll tear it off of you later."

      Chills... everywhere.

I can't tell you how fast I got ready after that.

I walk out of our room, fairly confident in the suit I chose for the party.

That confidence is boosted once I see Nats reaction.

I offer her my arm, and then Yelena once she's ready.

"Are you two incredible women ready for a party?"

"Absolutely. I am ready to get drunk," Yelena says seriously.

I still laugh. "Okay, count me in."

I can tell Nat is about to protest so I teleport us, cutting off whatever she was going to say.

The music greets us as we land in the common room, which appears to be where everyone is located.

"I'll grab us our first drinks!" I then walk away, not giving Nat a chance to stop me.

I get to the bar to see no one I recognized, which I had expected. Tony likes to go big, usually meaning a shit load of people that have no relation to the avengers.

As I wait for the bartender to mix our drinks, I'm approached by somebody. I can feel them before they say anything, so I turn around.

I raise my eyebrow at a man in a green suit, long dark greased back hair, and a wicked smile.

"Hello there, pet. You're new," the smile stays.

"Mm. If I was new, then that might have actually worked," I say tilting my head.

"Oo. She bites."

"It's not just my bite you have to watch out for," I smirk.

"So I have more to look forward to?" He takes a small step forward.

"Well, the night is young. And I'm full of surprises."

"I do enjoy a good surprise."

"Who said they were good surprises?"
