~PART III~

A few months later...

"AND I expect you'll be receiving at least A's in each of these subjects." Felix watched as the man slid a piece of paper on the table listing the many courses that he had been set to do for the semester. "I have talked to Principal Kim and she has allowed you to also complete the extra honours subjects. I am actually quite surprised you never took them, Felix."

"I already thought it was a lot to deal with father..."
Felix's father raised an eyebrow in response. "I apologise sir... I should've taken the courses when I was given the chance. I'll do better." He replied dryly. "Good... now I will see you for dinner tonight, 7:48 pm sharp. Don't be late." The boy nodded and he watched his father leave the dorm.

Felix sighed with relief and he locked the door. He had 5 more classes for this semester thanks to his loving and caring father. He didn't know how he was going to deal with all of his work but he needed to try. "Lixie? Is he gone now?" Changbin walked out his room which he had been forced to lock himself in for the past 3 hours.

"Yup..." Felix waddled over to the older and immediately pulled him into a suffocating hug.
"I feel like after every meeting you have with Mr.Lee, your hugs get tighter and tighter."
"Is that a bad thing?"
"Well I'm not complaining because I love to hug my boyfriend anytime."

It still felt surreal. Everytime either said the b-word, they felt giddy and butterflies exploded in their stomachs. It was thrilling since both had never been in what they would describe as a serious relationship.

"Do you wanna hang out?" Changbin asked as he felt Felix loosen his grip.
"Nah... I'm really tired..."
The older nodded and if he was honest, he felt slightly disappointed. Everytime he asked Felix to go on a date, Felix would be busy with school work or his part-time jobs and when he was free, he would be tired from his extensive and long meetings with his father.

Of course Changbin could somewhat understand the younger's situation but he couldn't help but feel slightly neglected and lonely. He often would go and join Seungmin and Hyunjin who happily let him tag along but he wasn't sure being a third wheel was any better than being lonely.

The rest of 3RACHA were busy with their partners and there was absolutely no way Changbin would hang out with Jake. He always felt iffy around the younger.

A.N - For this story Jake's age is younger than Felix but older than Seungmin

He was stuck. He didn't know what to do with himself, even his music was hitting an inspiration block. He couldn't come up with any new music or even lyrics without Felix by his side, it didn't seem right and it never was the same without him. He needed Felix to be there with him.

Meanwhile, Felix groaned as he face planted into his bed. Feeling physically and mentally drained. In a week, he would be back to school and the group (minus Jake of course) had their audition for JYP. They had come with a new song and Minho, Hyunjin and Felix were given the job to come up with the choreography for the group.

It was definitely a lot of pressure but Felix just kept telling himself to push through and things would get easier. But of course he knew this was far from the truth.

"Cuddles?" Changbin asked the younger as he watched an exhausted Felix slip into his sheets.
"Too sleepy..." the younger replied.
Changbin sighed but hid his sadness, Felix needed his time alone. "Of course... have a good rest Lix. I love you so much." The older said before placing a soft kiss on the younger's forehead. Felix mumbled inaudibly and fell asleep immediately.

Changbin walked out of the room as quietly as possible. As soon as he shut the door, he felt as if he could've burst into tears at any moment. He had dealt with this for the past two months. It hadnt been quite as long as it felt but every little rejection, 'no' or any excuse from Felix would easily hurt Changbin.

But he wasn't going to let that affect his mindset. He knew Felix loved him and he loved Felix as well.

At least he hoped he was right...

~

The Australian woke up from his nap at 6:21 pm giving him time to get ready for dinner with his father. As Felix was brushing through his hair, he couldn't help but feel quite uneasy.

Every dinner was the same:
- how are your academics?
- how is your financial situation?
- do you have a girlfriend yet?

Of course Felix's answers were always the same:
- perfect, straight A's
- great, working 2 part time jobs and Changbin would contribute when he needed
- nope. (never)

His father was never going to accept the fact that Felix was in fact gay. He was never going to accept the fact that Felix would rather kiss a toilet than a girl, he just wasn't into that. No matter how much his father tried to convince Felix to go on blind dates or try finding someone at his school, it wasn't going to work.

Besides, Felix already had Changbin and he was so happy with him. His father didn't know that though, Felix had no idea how his father would react to his son's boyfriend. His sexuality was the reason he was even kicked out of his home.

Things were going well, Felix was so close to being allowed to return home to see his sisters and most importantly his mother who he missed so much.

In the common situations where Felix's father would attempt to set the boy on a date, he just constantly had to lie saying things like:
- I am not interested in her
- I am very busy with school
- I already have a date

There were a lot of things Felix was lying about.
Some things are better unsaid and there are secrets that no one except ourselves should know.
