Ok, not everything gets covered here, and it would appear some of her issues have been forgotten, they haven't and will probably come up again later. Do they seem to get the double standard issue too easily? Maybe, also some people are quiet and it's not because I forgot them. My headcount did work this time. I've probably confused you.
I just hope you enjoy it. :) And thank you so much for the votes and comments and views. It makes my day. :D
Sang's POV
By the time I came back into the living room with Erica, everyone but Kota and Luke had gone.
"We're going over to Nathan's to discuss what needs to be done," Kota told her.
"What about breakfast?" she asked him.
"We'll get something there," Kota said and looked at me. "Are you ready?" he asked and I nodded my head. He was so closed off at the moment and it was breaking my heart. I looked over at Luke, he winked at me, and it lifted some of my pain. Maybe they weren't all ready to yell at me just yet.
"Ok," Erica replied and moved towards the kitchen door, she hesitated and looked back at me. "I expect the others will show up soon enough, if it gets too full of testosterone come back over." She went out before I could reply.
I went over to Nathan's with them, none of said anything, but Kota caught my hand in his and I held on tightly.
I could smell bacon cooking in the kitchen and I heard Nathan and Mr Blackbourne talking quietly together.
"All I'm saying is, listen to her. Hear what she has to say," Dr Green's voice drifted from the living room. Kota kept hold of my hand as we stepped into the room. It went completely quiet as they all looked up at us.
The front door opened and Silas, Gabriel and Victor came in.
"Oy!" Gabriel charged towards me and before I could register it, he had swept me up and was hugging me tightly. "We got here as quickly as we could. Is everyone alright?"
Silas laid his hand on my head as Victor stroked my cheek.
"Everyone is fine," Dr Green spoke up. Mr Blackbourne and Nathan came to the kitchen door.
"Five minutes and breakfast will be ready. Come and grab some toast for now while it's still hot," Nathan said.
Gabriel let me down, but I knew there was no way I was eating anything and keeping it down, my stomach was cramped into knots.
I moved to sit at one end of the sofa as they others went towards the kitchen. Dr Green stopped beside me and crouched down.
"I will back you, Sang, but you're going to have to speak up like you did with me," he said softly and I nodded, tears springing to my eyes that I refused to shed. He reached forwards and tugged me down onto his lap, tucking my head under his chin.
