A/N: Ok, heart in my mouth on this one... go gently with me, please.

Also a warning for getting it on in this one... for those of you who skip.  You'll get it when it hits, but it's pretty much from there to the end.

Sang's POV

I crouched down behind the massive fallen tree, certain that I had lost them. I could no longer hear them tramping through the undergrowth. I drew my phone from my pocket and saw four texts now, two from Mr Blackbourne and two from Kota. It suddenly vibrated and I saw Mr Blackbourne was ringing me, I opened it with a rush of relief.

"Mr Blackbourne, thank goodness, there's two men here," I rushed out.

"Raven and Brandon," came his clipped tones and I stopped in puzzlement, that had not been the reaction I expected.

"I beg your pardon?" I asked.

"Raven and Brandon; they are part of Mr Toma's team. I just realised that you do not have your key to let yourself in. Give the code to Raven, he will do the rest. We cannot leave here until school is over, but we will come to you straight after. Are you ok?"

"Er... yes, I'm.. I'm fine," I managed.

"Please, stay in their sight, Miss Sorenson," he replied and then the phone was disconnecting and I was left staring at it. He was not happy with me and now it seemed as if I had run away from the help they had sent me. I don't think "opps" was going to cover it.

I stood up slowly, and blinked when leaning against the other side of the fallen trunk were Raven and Brandon.

"Ah," I licked my lips and held up my phone.

"I'm Raven," tall, dark and scary said to me, a glint of humour in his dark eyes.

"Brandon," the other one supplied with an easy grin. He was as blonde as the other one was dark, just less tattooed.

"Ah," I repeated myself and they chuckled.

"It is our fault, little song bird," Raven said in his heavy accent, "We should have told you straight away who we are and who sent us. We're part of Axel Toma's family, you met Axel, you also met Marc when you yanked a nail from his leg."

I relaxed immediately, it had to be the Raven and Brandon Mr Blackbourne had just mentioned.

"Well, I... it's been a strange couple of weeks," I managed to say, tucking my phone back into pocket as I started to climb over the tree. As I reached the top, Raven suddenly plucked me off the tree, turned and set me down on the path. I was taken aback, but he stepped right away from me.

"You've been getting to know North, everything is strange when it comes to him," Raven laughed and I frowned but kept quiet. We started to make our way back towards my house.

"Are you ok now?" Brandon asked as we entered the back garden and moved down past the now dismantled trampoline to the house.

"You were being sick when we arrived," Raven announced and I saw Brandon nudge him. "Well, she was!"

"I'm fine," I told them, flushing as it sank in they had witnessed me throwing up in the bushes.

"Ok, songbird, give me the code and I'll get us in." I looked up at him, as he lifted his hand to the lock, a long slim piece of metal in his hand.

"You're going to break in?" I asked in surprise.

"Do you have your key?" Brandon asked me and I shook my head. I didn't take my key to school as I was always with one of the others, so I tended to leave it at home.
