A/N: Thank you so much for your comments and votes. It really means alot to me. :)

Oh and just a note on Silas talking about his parents. He's Greek and from what I can see, Baba is dad and Mama is mum/mom/ I can't recall if he ever uses the word Mom in the book, I know he called Charlie, Dad, but I can't see him saying mom. He'd use the word he grew up with, I would have thought, especially as she's not around anymore. But that's just my thoughts on it and I'm probably wrong. :)

Sang's POV

I was tucked securely into Silas' arms, comfortable, stuck in that state between sleep and awake. Silas was snoring not so gently above me as I rested my head on his chest. It was still dark outside and a quick look at the digital clock beside the bed told me it was just before five in the morning. I knew that we had a few hours before we had to be up, and I wanted to spend as much time wrapped up with him as I could.

I knew this is, or rather was, my step mother's old room, but I was beginning to lose that connection. It looked nothing like it had, even the scent had gone, and now all I could smell were the faint lingering scents of all my boys. Owen had been right, replacing good memories with bad was working, but I was under no illusion that I could sleep here on my own yet. The same way I knew there was no way I was ready to step into a shower on my own yet either.

Silas phone went off and the shrill ringing made me jump even as it startled him awake. He sat up groggily, reaching for his phone. He answered it and then went very quiet as he listened to whoever was on the other end.. He started talking rapidly in Greek as he climbed out of the bed. switching on the bedside lamp.

I sat up, watching him anxiously as he started to gather his clothes together, his back to me. He suddenly ended the call and turned to me.

"Aggele, I have to go. Theo has left the flat and Dad can't find him."

I scrambled out of the bed and began to dress hurriedly.

"I'll come with you," I told him as I did up my jeans.

"No, I'll call North and get him to come up," he said as he pulled his hoodie over his head.

"Silas, I can help you search for him." I didn't want him to have to do this alone. "Two pairs of eyes are better than one."

He seemed undecided for several seconds and then he was nodding.

"Ok, wrap up warm though, it'll be freezing out there," he said, lacing up his boots.

I grabbed my duffle coat, hat and scarf from the closet and put on my warm ankle boots. I was dressed and ready to go before he stood up.

"Are we going to let anyone else know?" I asked him. He shook his head, and taking my hand we left the house.

"No, not yet, he's probably just wandering around, it happens sometimes," he said as he set the alarm. I huddled into my scarf, it was indeed cold out here and I felt sorry for his brother if he was wandering around on his own.

I waited till we were in Kota's truck again and heading towards where he lived before I asked the question that had been in my mind for awhile now.

"Silas, what's wrong with your brother?"

It was quiet for ages and I thought at first he wasn't going to answer, but before I could examine how that made me feel, he spoke up.

"Did you see the chair?" he asked me quietly and I knew exactly what he was referring to.

"Yes," I was looking out of the window already, searching for any sign that might be Theo.

"It would be my mother's, it is my mother's," he said and his voice was quiet. "Theo is three years older than me. When I was ten he killed my mother."
