Part Eighty-Seven
Mr Blackbourne's POV
She knew, I could see it in the subtle change in her eyes. She was losing some of the innocence that I had never seen in a girl her age before, well in any girl really.
Part of me was sorry to see it go, but a bigger part of me knew that with the loss of her innocence her self confidence was growing. It was no wonder that she was becoming more aware, when she had seven of my brothers whose minds tended to lower into the gutter quite frequently. I had seen her trying hard not to laugh at Gabriel's arrangement of vegetables. I had also seen Nathan looking at her when North had mentioned the colour. I knew then and there that Sang had seen Nathan completely naked and it stood to reason it was in the shower.
She still had the ability to blush and I hoped she would never lose that, but I had a feeling that too would go with time. I had watched her most of the evening, she was so beautiful, so delicate, despite insisting she wasn't. She was tiny and she was mine and I wanted her so badly. I wanted her more than I had ever wanted someone before and I knew that now, with Sang, it was because my emotions were involved too. I loved this girl and I always would.
She was watching me, waiting to see what I would do. I crossed to the door and slid the lock across stopping Sean or Nathan from coming in accidently. I went back to her, her eyes followed me the whole time and it made my blood boil in my veins. I slid the t-shirt over my head forwards and, for once, let it drop on the floor. My hands went to my sweats and I saw her eyes widen and a blush cover her cheeks. I did love making her blush.
"Do you trust me?" I asked, my voice was huskier than normal and she picked up on it, her pupils dilating in response. She nodded her head, but I needed to hear it before I moved forward.
"Do you trust me, Sang?" I asked her again and she licked her dry lips, I suppressed a groan.
"Yes," she whispered, her eyes on mine. I nodded and pushed the sweats free of my body. I stepped out of them and watched her as she couldn't help but lower her eyes over me. I was aroused by her already, I had been the moment I stepped through that door and could only see her head and her toes in all the bubbles. I studied her face carefully, looking for fear, for signs of her backing away but I saw none. I just saw that lip go between her teeth and the flush on her cheeks brighten. She lifted her eyes to mine once more and I knew that she really did trust me.
I stepped in behind her and lowered myself down, pulling her back between my legs, but keeping her butt on the base of the bath. If I actually sat her on my groin I wouldn't even trust myself; that was going too far. But something I would most definitely like to pursue in the future.
I buried my face into her neck and inhaled, she always smelt fantastic. Sometimes her scent would be masked by some potion Gabriel had concocted, most of the time he got it right and she smelt divine, but I preferred when she wore no other scent that her own natural one. I drew my tongue across her skin and felt her shudder against me, her head had fallen forwards and to the side slightly.
She wasn't perfect. I knew she wasn't. She clammed up, refused to talk about things that worried her unless it was pried from her. I had also glimpsed a tendency to be stubborn, which I think we would see more and more of as she grew more comfortable with us. I also knew that as we grew closer there will be things she will do that will drive me insane, there will be things I do that will drive her insane, it was life. None of us were perfect, there were things about the boys that annoyed me, and I knew my constant need for control annoyed the hell out of them, but love covered a multitude of sins and Sang was close enough to perfect for me.
She was perfect to look at, and I ached to touch her, to just slide my fingers across her cheek, through her hair. I had a hard time in music lessons, I just wanted to put the violin down and spend the time with her curled on my lap talking, but I couldn't. But I could touch her now, I had her permission to exhaust her and I intended on doing just that.
