Felix still kept pondering over those words throughout the day. Even as he rode the elevator to the highest floor of Chan's company, to Chan's office, he was still wondering what Jeongin meant.

Why would Chan love him to death? They haven't even gotten to that stage yet. Why will Chan do anything to protect him? Again, they hadn't gotten to that stage yet. They were at the very beginning. Dating and getting to know each other better. Jeongin's words didn't make any sense. Yet, it made Felix feel some type of way. Like he wanted to believe it.

Even after all the thinking, Felix couldn't find an answer. He dialled Jeongin's number numerous times but the guy was hell bent on avoiding him. Everything went to voice mail. Felix leaned against the elevator wall and heaved out a deep sigh. All this was getting him nowhere. He guessed that if he wanted to know more about Chan's sister, he should just ask Chan. With that in mind, his mood brightened up a bit.

After Jeongin left the site, Felix went home too. Seonghwa was at work and Jimin went out for lunch with some old friends so he was alone at home. Changbin had an important seminar and Hyunjin had to design some clothes for a new Kpop band which was planning to debut in a month's time. Felix felt really alone so he buried himself deep in his thoughts.

The afternoon passed like that and he forgot to eat lunch. It wasn't until a servant knocked on his door and asked him if he was okay that he realised so much time had passed. Not in the mood to eat, he just ignored the servant and checked the time. It was almost time for dinner so he freshened up and asked his driver to take him to Chan's company. He wanted to surprise him and also, get answers.

As he stood in the elevater, he went over the fresh memories in his mind and soon realised that they weren't fresh at all. They just blended in with the ones already there, like fixing in missing pieces of a puzzle. Together, they created a clearer meaning and Felix suddenly had a deeper understanding of himself.

He recalled his lonely days at home, when his parents travelled far and wide due to their business, leaving him with a caretaker called Martha. The old lady didn't like to talk to him. She just cleaned up after him and cooked for him. Though he rarely ate the food.

He recalled the wild parties he and his friends used to throw and attend. His first time drinking alcohol, the numerous girls he slept with.

Thinking about it made him feel disgusted with himself. After he woke from the coma, he felt different, like an entirely new person. And with so many people by his side, making him happy, he didn't think much into his past. He knew he wasn't an innocent or completely pure person but he didn't know it was to this extent.

He couldn't believe he and Jeongin used to compete on how many girls they did. They even had a record book.

Which he destroyed when... the headache came up again and he shook his head, deciding to forget it. He didn't even want to remember. That was the past him. The him now is a better person.

The elevator dinged then came to a stop. Felix lifted his eyes to the numbers on the wall and saw that it wasn't his stop yet so he didn't move. The doors opened and another man walked in. He was dressed in a pair of grey suit pants and a white dress shirt, looking neat. His tie was a bit loose though and he looked very tired. He was holding some files in his hand and Felix could see the word 'Classified' written in bold letters on the cover.

The man turned to Felix and smiled then frowned a bit. "Hey, uh...I don't think I've seen you around here before. Are you new?"

Felix smiled and shook his head. "I'm here to see your boss"

The guy nodded, taking in Felix's expensive clothes. Especially the brown coat. He recognised it from this year's latest Hwang collection. Surely, the friends of his boss are also loaded. But then, he took a more careful look at Felix, taking in the freckles on his nose and upper cheeks, the very familiar looking eyes and body figure. Another person suddenly flashed in his mind and he found it absurd at first but he more he stared, he more he realised that the person in front of him looked exactly like his friend from high school. All he needed was white hair.

He paled at this discovery. After all, that person has been dead for years. Still, it couldn't hurt to try. "Um...Felix?" he asked, tentatively.

Felix turned his head and frowned at the man. "How do you know my name?" Then he thought of something and felt delighted. "Has Chan mentioned me to you?"

The man stepped back in shock and fright. He stared wide eyed at Felix. Like he had seen a ghost. "F-Felix? As in Lee Felix?"

With the man's big reaction, Felix knew something was wrong. "Yeah..." he answered hesistantly and the man moved closer again. Felix quickly stepped back. "Are you okay?"

The man nodded vigorously then his expression lightened up. "Holy shit!" he exclaimed. "I can't believe this"

He reached out and touched Felix's arm to make sure he wasn't hallucinating. When he saw that Felix was very real, his eyes went moist and he drew the stunned Felix into an embrace. "Oh my God!" he said, squeezing Felix tight. "I can't believe it. You're alive. You're truly alive!"

Felix was uncomfortable at first but after that, he guessed that this man never knew he woke up from the coma. He broke the hug and smiled sheepishly for he couldn't remember him. "I-I'm sorry. You are?..."

"You don't remember me?" the man asked, disappointed. "Dude we were good friends in high school. I'm Jeon Jungkook"

Still, Felix couldn't remember so he smiled at Jungkook apologetically.
