"Annndddd Begin!"
Bakugo stood his ground, and that forced Hikisaku to go over to him. She ran across the arena towards his, completely normally, and as she did Bakugo started to launch his explosions at her.
She simply accepted every single one, running through the onslaught with much greater ease than you.
When Hikisaku got close enough, Bakugo launched himself in the air, Hikisaku proceeded to look up as Bakugo blocked the sun above, casting his shadow over her.
From his position in the air, he launched a string of explosions down at Hikisaku, and she got into a prepared stance.

She stood in place, as explosions burst all around her in a large circle.
Bakugo let out a "tch" as Hikisaku managed to predict his move. He started to come back down, but he launched himself back up again with the force of an explosion downward.
"This is what you're going to do then? What's wrong? Don't want to come at me head on?" She yelled up to him, almost mockingly.
"If this is what it takes to beat you, then yes. I've seen how you fight, and I've already felt what it's capable of. You fight the exact same as L/N, swinging your arms around wildly like it'll get anything done."
"It may hurt like hell, but as you can see, there are seem clear weaknesses to doing something so simpleminded."
He launched more explosions down at her, and she did her best to avoid them completely, but from his vantage point, he was basically guiding her around the arena wherever he wanted.
She stopped in her tracks, and she turned back up to look at Bakugo, right when an explosion hit her right in the face.
Her nose was visibly out of place, and a small trickle of blood came out of both her nostrils. The thing was it didn't seem to phase her at all. In fact, she still had that smirk on her face as she looked at him.
"Exact same as Yugo? I'm afraid you're wrong. I'm better than them in every single way. When you take something from someone else, when you are gifted with a power, when you strive to be someone, turning out just like them is the last thing that you should want to do."
"You should strive to become better, you should look past the limits that were reached. Don't just copy someone else, that does no one any favors, not even the person you're trying to replicate. Take that something, and make it better, make it your own and become your own person!"
Class 1A looked down at Hikisaku in awe. No one said anything, but all their thoughts boiled down to, 'Huh? Since when was Hikisaku so philosophical?'
Uraraka turned to look at you, and there was a faint smile on your lips after hearing all that.
Her arms suddenly turned to light, and she very quickly striked the arena below her, destroying it and leaving small chunks of cement.
She reached down to grab a handful, and with her other arm, she tossed them up just above her. Her arm turned into light again, and the she moved them it at an incredible speed towards the cement piece.
Then her arm returned to its physical form, and took hold of the rock to throw it right at Bakugo. At the speed it traveled, Bakugo was forced to launch an explosion right in front of him. When it dispersed, Hikisaku was gone.
Still in the air, he turned slightly to get a full view of the arena, and he saw that Hikisaku was in the corner of the arena. Actually, she had the corner of the arena in her hands, and just like she had with the small chunk, she chucked it into the air with little difficulty.
Then she activated her quirk to move her arms at a quick speed to absolutely launch that large cement chunk right at Bakugo.
Again, he was forced to launch an explosion right at the large piece of rock, and when they collided, the small pieces that remained kept their momentum, pelting him with hundreds of small stones.
He was forced to let himself get hit by them, since he couldn't afford to distract himself if he wanted to keep Hikisaku in his field of view.
So, as she ran around the arena floor, Bakugo's explosions followed her, not allowing her a chance to attack him in any way she might have already thought up.
However, unless his explosions were a direct hit on her, like the one to her face earlier, they didn't have any effect.
'Damn. I'm going to have to go down there eventually. I'm only tiring myself out by doing this. The way she's built, she can probably go on running around like an idiot for a lot longer than I can keep on using my quirk.'
He finally let himself touch the ground again, launching another small explosion downward just before, breaking his fall.
"Finally. All that power is useless when you can't use it effectively." Hikisaku said, before she charged right at him.
Bakugo started getting more conservative with his quirk, he's been unrelenting against all his opponents so far, and he was growing dizzy at the heat that he couldn't fight off because of all the sweat he was using.
Hikisaku didn't consider this at all, and instead she attempted to get up close to punch him without using her quirk.
He launched an explosion at her chest as she neared, scorching her uniform. She didn't budge at all, and Bakugo had to allow her to get in just close enough for the two of them to punch each other.
'Screw it.'
Bakugo squared up with Hikisaku, and threw an actual punch her way.
He aimed for her broken nose and it landed, when he pulled his fist back though, she had an eyebrow raised.
"If that didn't work on Yugo, what made you think that would work on me?"
He just looked at her for a moment, before throwing another punch, this time at her right shoulder. When it landed, his hand opened, and an explosion followed it Hikisaku groaned in pain, it hurt a lot more than she thought it would.
"Fuck."
That's all he needed to hear. Despite how risky it was, he decided to keel this close distance to Hikisaku. It allowed him to do actual damage to her, with only a small amount of sweat.
So he continued to throw those punches, and Hikisaku began to use her own quirk to speed up her arms, allowing for light speed punches to connect.
They kept at this for a solid minute, until Bakugo backed away from her. No, he stumbled away from her, actually.
He was punch drunk, he couldn't handle all of the repeated hits to the head. Hikisaku's top was practically in tatters on her, burned away from all of Bakugo's explosive punches.
Unlike Bakugo, she stayed standing, at the ready for another round with him, if he could handle it.
He fell to a knee, and looked down as he struggled to catch his breath from all the hard shots he took to the chest and stomach.
He stood back up with difficulty, and when finally managed to get back on both feet, Hikisaku met him with one last light speed punch to his cheek.
His head completely turned to the right, and he collapsed onto the floor on his back immediately.
