---------------------------------------------------------

With All Might's supposed retirement following his skirmish with All For One, villains throughout Japan have taken this chance to wreak havoc across the nation's cities.

Similarly, heroes throughout Japan have gone to great lengths to try and stop all the villain activity, with varying success.

This was no different. A small city in Japan is currently being terrorized by a massive fortress like villain. He patrols the streets looking for anyone who dares to venture outside.

Sometimes, he grows bored, and attacks a building instead. He'll destroy it methodically, as he either forces the inhabitants into one section of a building before he finally strikes, or he sends them scattering in the streets.

Right now, the streets are empty. Unless someone has a death wish, there's no point in risking going outside of their homes. The few heroes of the city have had little success against him, and have been forced to call upon other heroes in Japan for help.

The more powerful heroes are scattered thinly throughout the country, helping out in similar situations.

They hate it, but the heroes here are also forced to hide. There's no point in getting themselves killed, as there's no one else that the citizens can count on if they die here.

Of course, there's little point in having heroes if there is no city for them to defend.

The villain made his rounds again, traveling down the street, taking up the entire area. If anyone tried to come out now, they'd be flattened by how quickly this massive man traveled.

"Excuse me!" Someone called out.

The villain stopped in his tracks, almost in disbelief that someone spoke. Not only that, it sounded like they were speaking to him.

His head swiveled around, like a paparazzi with a camera who didn't want to miss a single detail.

Finally, his head came to rest looking downward, at a lanky, scruffy looking young man wearing dirty clothes.

That was just at first glance. When the villain focused his vision, it was clear to him that man wasn't Japanese. In fact, he was as big a foreigner as someone could be, as he didn't appear to be Asian at all.

The villain watched as the young man waved up at him, still trying to get his attention.

"Heya! Are you there? Oh, do you not speak Japanese? I'm sure I can manage with whatever language you speak."

It began to rain, and before the villain could respond to him, the homeless looking man spoke again, rather upset.

"Oh man! That's why that guy was so keen on wanting my umbrella for that bento! I really should look at the news more often, or else I would've known how bad of a trade that was....."

".....Are you serious? Do you really not know who you're dealing with here kid? Did you just fly into the country or something?" The villain said, with a mixture of aggression and surprise that the man was that dense.

"I'm afraid not sir. Oh, are you a hero or something? That's wonderful! Can you help me out please? I won't take up too much of your time, I promise!" He pleaded, standing there for a while, before he looked like he realized something, and quickly bowed.

"No, just the opposite actually. I'm a villain genius. You're making me a bit uncomfortable here with your..... simplemindedness."

"Go on, get out of here, before I put you out of your misery."
