Devil Prime wasted absolutely zero time. He immediately rushed at you, tearing through the ground as he grinded over to you on his scythe shaped skates.
Those skates allowed him to move much more quickly than you could have imagined, despite his size and the terrain he was moving on.

As he neared the front of the hotel where you stood, he began to twirl around as if he were a figure skating, boring holes into the ground in the process. This also included him lifting his right leg up to the side, along with the massive blade on his foot.

Then, he leapt up in the air, not a superhuman height, but a large leap nonetheless. He brought his right arm up and turned on the chainsaw attached it.

Then, both the blade on his leg and the chainsaw on his arm tore through the front of the hotel. The chainsaw decimated the building's sign above the doors, while the glass doors were shattered by the blade.

You yourself jumped up, though you did it to roll across the ice skate blade as it passed you by. The hardened flesh the blade had become made that a bumpy experience.

Because of that, you were only able to reliably land on one knee. By the time you did, Devil PRIME was already swinging his left arm to take aim at you with his machine gun.

You went down a couple steps to move away from the barrel's opening, but not the barrel itself. Then, you took a few more steps to evade the chainsaw's blade as his right arm came down from above.

Both weapons came at you at the same time from different directions. You threw your left arm up and your right arm to the side to catch the chainsaw by its handle, and the machine gun by its barrel, holding them in place.

You held that position for all of 0.2 seconds. The difference in strength between the two of you should be incredibly obvious. One of his arms by itself was equal to the width of your entire body, if not larger.

You were physically outmatched by him by an astronomical amount. But that wasn't enough to intimidate you or to diminish your confidence.

You quickly moved out of the way of his arms, allowing them to complete destroy the steps as you hopped onto the concrete incline that had lined them. Then, you ran down it for some time before taking a leap to get to the street below.

Devil PRIME quickly snapped his chainsaw arm from the ground to follow your trajectory. The swing of his arm was way faster than you were, and it managed to make contact for just a moment, just enough time for a single tooth on the chain to glide across your body, slicing the surface of your stomach open.

It wasn't serious enough to affect you at all. Upon landing, you began to make your way into the center of the circle to fight in a more open area. Devil PRIME allowed the swinging of his arm to give him some momentum to spin in place with his skates.
