Both teams gathered at opposite ends of the Grounds. It was massive, much like the other Grounds on campus, to the point of being ridiculously large.

It was a massive, industrial field, which allowed for all sorts of strategies to take form. It was most likely designed specifically for the students to use their wide range of quirks.

That's what you observed anyway. Just from a few seconds, you were able to form a couple plans in your head.

None of that mattered, as Kirishima ran off as soon as you were given the signal.

"Begin!" Vlad King and Aizawa said in unison, one with much more enthusiasm than the other.

You watched as Kirishima quickly sprinted towards the battlefield. You didn't have the time to react, appropriately anyway. All you did was just your hand out to stop him, though he was far out of your reach when you did it.

"Kirishima! Damn it!" You growled out, a little more aggressively than you would've liked.

"L/N? What's wrong?" Hagakure asked.

"I was kinda hoping we'd put together a plan. I guess that's out the window." You said.

"His dumbass probably went to look for Tetsutetsu. Those two are on the same wavelength, I bet the first thing they both thought was to find each other." Hikisaku explained meathead biology.

"Hm, that's not good. If they knock each other out like they did last time.....Hahhhh.....
I guess we're going after him." You sounded tired already.

"We're?" Hikisaku questioned.

"Well, I suppose Hagakure and I could go. What do you plan on doing then Mimi?" You asked her, fishing for her to actually contribute.

"I'll observe the opposition from above. I don't think they can reach me with their quirks. Once you get Kirishima, I'll join you guys." She laid out her plan.

"Alright, let's get going. That is, if you agree with the plan Hagakure." You inquired.

"That should be fine. I'm completely okay with going with you." Hagakure quickly said.

The two you began to run off in the direction that Kirishima went, while Hikisaku transformed into energy and shot into the sky. She was out of earshot instantly, and you and Hagakure spoke.

"Sorry about her. That's kinda what you have to do to get her onboard." You whispered to Hagakure, as if Hikisaku was anywhere close to you.

"Is she really onboard though? She seems to be doing her own thing." Hagakure whispered back.

"Well.....yeah you're right. At the very least, she adds to the plan, so it's not like she's completely on her own." You said.

"You said you wanted to come up with a plan. Are you sure you didn't have one already?"

"Not really. I was just hoping for you and Mimi to gather intel, her from above, and you from up close. Spy work, y'know?" You described to her.

"Oh! I could still do that if you want. I'll scout ahead for you while you find Kirishima. I'll try to stick close to you, so you can switch me in and out of my costume." She planned out.
