"What the fuck?" Hikisaku finally let out. She was unusually quiet the entire time that you read the papers.

This contract you found yourselves in.

"This is the type of shit that's in those lockers!?! If this is what we got, I can't even begin to imagine what the other files ask of the people that read them!" You yelled out, your voice echoing throughout the empty floor.

"Do we have to do it? Can't we just shove it back into the locker, and grab a new key?" Hikisaku asked, not pleased with the idea of this whole thing.

"I don't think so. How would we even go about doing that in the first place?"

"I don't know, but if you're asking, it must mean that you've thought of every possible way already. None of them work?"

"No. Besides, it says we're under contract because we read through it. I doubt we'll be able to return it, even if we found a way."

"Contracted by who?"

"It mentions the government. Maybe them? There are a few seals and stamps on here, it looks pretty official to me."

"Arms dealing, if that's what we're trying to stop, then it would have to be the government. Right? Who else?"

"I don't know. We have to do this Mimi."

"Yugo? Why?"

"There's people out there bringing guns into the country. There's no reason for them to be here!
The only reason that someone would want a gun for here in Japan is power.
Nothing good will come of this, or this Hero Hunter they point us to."

"I understand that Yugo. I know it's what's best for everyone, to keep Japan safe. But that guy they asked us to look for, Tanahashi, he sounds far too dangerous for you to handle.
Go home, Yugo. I'll take care of this."

"Mimi, what are you talking about?! There's no way I'm leaving you here to "take care" of this guy! We don't know what he's capable of!"

"We don't know anything about him, Yugo! That's what makes this sound so dangerous, we're basically going into this whole thing blind!"

"Exactly! The two of us together, that's how we'll do it. Two heads are better than one.
Besides, the briefing here says that this Tanahashi uses firearms.
I'm exactly what you'll need to stay safe. If you're worried about me getting hurt, then my quirk is what will get us through this."

"Yugo..... I kept saying it, but this all seems shady as fuck to me. Should you, should we, really be taking part in this?"

"Do we have any other choice?
Besides, this is what you wanted right? Action? Saving people? This is everything that a hero is about. Right?"

You kept questioning Hikisaku, but if anything, it felt like you were trying to convince yourself more than her.

"..... Alright, I think we should do this Yugo. There's no reason not to. There's no downside in doing this, Japan will end up being a safer place afterward."

She just stared down at you. The look in her eyes, all the confidence in the world was in them.

'Is Mimi really that confident that we'll find this Kenichi Tanahashi? There isn't a hint of doubt on her face. She thinks, no, she knows that she'll be able to take him, and the arms dealing that he's involved in, down!'
