The low ceiling of the practice building meant that you had almost no way to prevent the traps within from activating.

All you could do was hope to avoid whatever was thrown at you. Literally, as most traps did fling something dangerous around.

Sometimes, you and Uraraka were forced to throw your body towards the rocks, darts, and explosions to prevent the dolls you carried from being damaged.

By the time you and Uraraka could actually see the exit, you both were battered and bruised by all the traps you were forced to run through.

Uraraka stood in front of you, observing your face closely, her fingers brushing around it softly.

You two stood in front a small gap on the floor and in the ceiling. That was incredibly suspicious to you, so you decided to go first and see what the trap there was.

You hopped over the gap, and a rumbling sound could be heard from the ceiling. You had turned around quickly to protect the doll you had on your back from anything that was about to come down.

It was a waterfall of boiling hot water, and some of it managed to splash down on your face as it fell.

"There isn't anything that I can see. Does it hurt anywhere?" She asked you softly, trying to calm you down as you let out harsh breaths from you mouth.

"U-Uh, oh! Yeah r-right there! Ow! Fuc-Fudge." You let out as her fingers traced over your right cheek.

"Do you have any burn cream on you?" She began to rummage through your belt before you could even reach down.

"Yeah, it should be in the one with the little cross symbol on it. That one, yeah." You felt one of her finger brush against you as her hands were on your belt.

She pulled out a small tube, and dabbed some cream on your cheek. Then she rubbed it in with her finger gently. For good measure, Uraraka placed a bandage on your face.

"You didn't have to go that far Uraraka, but thanks!" You said happily as you took the tube from her.

"No problem L/N!"

You turned over to the exit as you put everything back in its place. Uraraka walked over to your side to peer out as well.

There was an unassuming stretch of between you and the exit. There was no way this hallway was as normal as it seemed, it had to have traps of some kind.

"I'll go ahead." You said, but Uraraka immediately objected.

"L/N, you don't have to do that again. I'll scout this time."

She didn't give you a chance to say anything, as she went ahead carefully. She managed to make it a several meters without incident, and she signaled for you to follow her.

You retraced her steps, to make sure you didn't trigger anything that she missed.

When you reached her, she looked down at you and gave you a shrug.

So the two of you decided to just make a run for it, hoping that you'd get out of here without incident.

You and Uraraka heard the sounds of something mechanical opening, before the sound of something rotating quickly down below could also be heard.

Suddenly, you saw something swing out from the ceiling far in front of you. Then you saw even more of them swing out, coming closer and closer like a wave.

You felt something collide with your side, launching you down to the ground.

Uraraka saw the whole thing, as a mallet came from the ceiling and hit you. She watched on as you slid across the floor, and ended up falling head first into an opening in the ground.
