Tanahashi set the book down onto the table, and turned his head slightly to the right to peer down at you.

"That's enough for now. We should start preparing for when she eventually re—Ack!"

Suddenly, the tip of a blade appeared out of Tanahashi's chest, stained red with his blood.

You and Uraraka watched as the blade tip swiftly shifted from vertical to horizontal. Then, it violently jerked over to the right, slicing through his body as it made its way over to the right, towards you.

The two of you leapt off of the alcove to avoid getting slashed, allowing you to get the full view of what was happening.

It was Liu Man Ying.

Her sword narrowly missed the two of you in the air as she circled around in place with the blade outstretched.

The two of you still hadn't touched the ground when the sword completely encircled her. With how hard it had been swung, the blood that was on it flew off, splattering onto the two of you on your way back to the ground.

You and Uraraka finally landed on the ground. But something right between you two caught your eye.

The spitting image of Liu Man Ying was before you. Except, it was in a blue hue, and it was practically translucent.

And it wasn't the only one.

A whole line of them separated the two of you. They stretched out all the way to the other side of the stream of sewage, just barely. And each one of them was in a slightly different pose, as if they captured every step she would take.

It was a familiar sight to you, but not Uraraka. She'd only heard about it from what little you saw of it before.

She glanced over to you for instruction. When you turned around to get away from the apparitions, so did she.

Suddenly, the loud sound of water could be heard behind you. The two of you turned back around, just in time to see that a large plume of water had been shot up from the stream.

It had been displaced, by the woman standing on the other side.

She had been wearing a leather jacket, but it was gone now. It was in the air behind her, on its way down to the ground.

Underneath, she was wearing a see through shirt, allowing you to see the tank top she was wearing. The shirt was made of incredibly small links of metal, almost like chainmail.

All of that, you were only able to notice for a split second, as she began to move again almost immediately. She headed straight for you, her sword held out away from her as she ran.
