The seven of you traveled quickly, wasting no time to try and get to the location of the tracker Yaoyorozu had placed in a Nomu.
You were overexerting yourself trying to keep up with the rest. Every step you took, it felt like it could've been your last. You felt your whole body shake to its core each time your feet hit the ground.
Hikisaku probably would've been leading the pack. Instead she was right behind you, pushing you along whenever you slowed down, which was very often.
"Hold on guys, we can't keep going on like this." Yaoyorozu said.
Everyone kept running for a few seconds before stopping, as if they thought about ignoring her. No one wanted to stop, except you anyway, you graciously accepted this period of rest.
"What's wrong Yaoyorozu? What do you mean? Time isn't on our side here. We're chasing after them, not the other way around." Kirishima explained, probably the second most anxious person of the group, besides Midoriya.
"We went through all the trouble to sneak out of the hospital without being seen. Now we're about to run into an area where they'll no doubt be heroes and villains alike. Doesn't that seem counterintuitive?"
"We're going to end up being seen anyway if we plan on doing anything. We have to make sure that we're safe even after going out there, from both any retaliation and getting into trouble."
"All right, I guess that makes sense. How do you plan on doing that exactly?" Kirishima asked her.
She didn't have an answer for him. If anyone could figure this out, it was Midoriya. He stood there pondering, as he threw out all kinds of ideas, before he turned to you expectedly.
"L/N, do you think you could change our faces with your quirk?"
"Whoa whoa whoa, hold on! I think that's a bit too extreme of a solution!" Yaoyorozu said with a panic, shaking her head and waving her arms out in front of her.
"Well, yeah I'm sure that I could do it. The problem is, unless you expect me to not do anything else during this mission, you'll have your faces stuck like that until I change them back." You answered him.
"Oh well, I think there's a better use of your quirk L/N! I don't think we can do that!" Yaoyorozu said to you, frantically trying to get you to drop the idea.
"She's got a point Midoriya, it's too cumbersome of an option to consider. Can you think of anything else?" Ida said. Yaoyorozu let out a sigh of relief as Midoriya nodded and began to think again.
You leaned against Hikisaku, resting as much as you could with the time you were given.
You watched as Midoriya turned his head, towards the clothing store that you all stopped in front of.
'Oh no. Please don't-'
"I've got it! If we don't want to get seen, then this will do!" Midoriya said excitedly, as he turned his whole body towards the storefront.
The rest of the group did the same, and they all seemed to agree that this was the best course of action.
Hikisaku was vocal about how much she didn't like this idea.
"Seriously?"
---------------------------------------------------------
The disguises you found yourselves in definitely did just that, completely preventing anyone from figuring out you were you. The problem was, they were all so outlandish, that you might as well be drawing everyone's attention to you guys anyway.
