The windows far above the man shattered, and the shards of glass flew inward as a massive amount of wind gushed into the building from the newly made opening.
The wind was erratic. There was no pattern to its flow. It wasn't natural, and that could only mean that it was being manipulated by the man through his quirk.
The wind was strong enough to push you back, despite how much you resisted it. Hikisaku's larger size allowed for her to be able to be beat the pressure, although every step had her moving a centimeter at a time.
Then, all her progress was halted by all the items in the hangar that were flung through the air, htting both her and you in the process.
The propellers on the plane in the hangar began to spin at an incredible rate, as if the plane was in the air.
Hikisaku let herself get taken by the wind, not wanting to be anywhere near the spinning blades that were dangerously close to her.
The two of you now leaned against the door of the hangar, pinned to it by all the wind the man was directing towards you.
In the low visibility of the wind roaring past your faces and all the objects that were thrown at you and the hangar door behind you, your senses were dulled.
They were so dulled, that you and Hikisaku were taken by surprise by the fact that the plane, and its whirling propellers, was being pushed towards you two slowly.
All the while, the foreigner's shape could vaguely be seen in the chaos that occurred in the hangar.
He hadn't changed his position at all.

MYSTERIOUS FOREIGNER

With the plane slowly approaching, there was no way that you two could stay where you were. Unless the thought of death didn't worry you.
It did. Hikisaku turned into light, making her far faster than the wind that was being used against her.
You simply phased through the door of the hangar, and you ran around the building to try and come behind the foreigner from the outside.
As you did, Hikisaku flew over the plane to get to the foreigner from the front. Hikisaku ended up right in front of him, but he still didn't budge from his position. At this distance, she could see that he wasn't intimidated in the slightest.
Hikisaku returned to her physical form, and immediately felt the strength of the wind again. She felt a powerful, but brief thrust of air push her up in the air, sending her back towards the propellers.
She turned into light again, stopping herself right before connecting with the propellers, and stayed in place in the air to think.
'I can't rush at him. As soon as I turn physical again, I become affected by all the wind that he's directing at me. He's probably still doing it, just in case I turn back unexpectedly.'
'I could try attacking while I'm in my energy form, but Yugo can't really fix any burns that I inflict on people.....'
'Huh?'
