Sparks and Rekindling

In the waiting room, your first instinct was to look for Hikisaku. There was no doubt in your mind that she was in here already, she might've even been the first one, knowing what she could do.

You scanned the area, and saw that she was standing, speaking to a couple of adults near the corner of the room. You figured they were adults anyway, they were much taller than you, sure, but Hikisaku dwarfed them.

You approached them, and that's when you recognized that one of them was Psycher, oddly enough. As for the other hero, you weren't sure who they were.

Actually, you had no idea who it was. Their face was turned towards you, but at angle as they spoke to Hikisaku.

The only thing you could tell, was that he was definitely a man.

Psycher was the first to notice you, as his eyes darted towards you while he spoke. The hero next to him also turned to look at you, while Hikisaku spun around to see what had grabbed their attention.

When she saw you, she walked up to you.

"Yugo? Did you get through the first half of the exam already? I wasn't watching." There was a hint of being upset in her voice.

"Well, I wouldn't be in here if I hadn't." You leaned to the side to look past her, at Psycher and the man besides him.

"What are you doing here? Am I getting an introduction?" You said, referring first to Psycher, then the other hero.

"Hikisaku, do you mind?"

Hikisaku turned her head to him, her face blank. He spun his finger around in the air, and finally understanding, Hikisaku walked to your side, a small look of embarrassment on her face.

"That's better. Hm? What were we doing? Oh, right. L/N, this is the Pro Hero, Total Restoration. Mirek, this is Y/N L/N, they're a friend of Hikisaku."

You and Total Restoration looked at each other. In that one moment before he spoke, you were able to get a clear look at his features and hero costume.

He had fair skin, and his hair was in a buzz cut, making it difficult to see its black color. His costume, unsurprisingly, on two fronts, was mainly white and red.

There was a typical red medical cross on his chest, but it was interrupted by a white streak on the top half and in the right half.

He wore green gloves that were blotched with white at the end, giving his hands a healing energy effect.

"Milo mi cie poznac. Ah, I'm sorry, I just default to that greeting. I did the same thing earlier when I greeted Hikisaku-san. Anyway, it's nice to meet you L/N-san."

He bowed, and you did the same.

"I'm sure the name is a hint, but do you mind if you tell me what your quirk is?" You asked him, and he obliged.

"Certainly! I'll give you another hint, I'm here working as a healer, for after the exam, so don't go expecting me to help you yet!"

"As for my quirk, it's Rejuvenation. I'm able to restore a person to their peak condition. That is, the state that a person's body is used to. Of course, it mainly involves me restoring a person's energy or their body back to their normal."
