Winter was fastly approaching, and the students received changed to their current costumes, or had them changed entirely. Or at the very least, most of the students had.
Class 1A had some kind of joint training with Class 1B to take part in today, so it was a great chance to show off their new costumes. And just how much the students have improved.
You were among the first of the students to gather at the Grounds. Here, you were able to see the changes to your classmates's costumes firsthand.
"Hey Yugo!" Uraraka called out as she approached you.
"Oh, hey Ocha!" You called back to her as she came to a stop in front of you.
"You didn't change your costume at all?" She asked.
"Hm, well, was there any reason for me to? I think my costume is fine as is. Well, except for the gloves. I got rid of those, but only because I felt they were tacky." You said as you looked down at your bare hands, before looking back up at Uraraka.
That was pretty much the only change to your costume itself. The most dramatic changes were on your utility belt, as a lot of it had been rearranged for space. In the large void left in your belt, a thermos was placed, so that you could hold water.
Yes, that was the only addition.
"I honestly thought you'd change the whole thing. I always found it to be nothing special." She revealed.
"Huh?! Really!? I like how my costume turned out....." You sounded slightly upset, and Uraraka picked it up right away.
"Oh! Well, I just meant-"
"Ocha, it's fine. You don't have to like it. But, I'm sure you'll come around one day, and realize how great it is. You might be around it often, after all." You said.
"You're right Yugo." She said back, as she reached for the ring on her finger to fidget with it slightly.
"But, not about me getting used your costume." She threw out a curveball.
"Ouch." You said out loud, unsure of how to express how painful that was to hear.
"Yugo!" Hikisaku yelled out to get your attention.
You turned around to watch as she made her way over to you. Opposed to you, Hikisaku's costume actually had changes to it. From what you could see, it was almost entirely different.
The light gray color was gone. It was replaced by a white color that covered the entire costume. That wasn't intentional however, as it was a side effect of the additional chemical coating added onto it.
The heat of Hikisaku's energy form had grown too great for her costume to handle.
"I don't really appreciate this." She said to you softly.
The designs on her costume also changed. The five points of a star on her elbows and knees had grown more intense. As in, there were way more than five points jutting out across her costume.
The sun pattern on her abdomen had also changed. It wasn't really a sun anymore, it was just a series of lines that extended out to connect with the points of the stars that stretched far across the costume.
