"After extensive discussion, we have finally figured out a plan from everything that Tanahashi spoke of." Kazero revealed to the two of you.

"We?" You asked.

"They. Sorry, I was the one who had to relay all the information to them, so I just lumped myself in with them in my head." Kazero responded, after taking a second to think.

"Oh yeah, of course." Hikisaku said sarcastically.

Kazero grumbled at that, before he continued.

"They're planning on launching assaults on all the outposts known to Tanahashi. They will all be done at once, to immediately put pressure on the Guojiadizi.
Not only that, they're hoping that of the Guojiadizi members that they encounter, one of them will know the location of their main base."

"When will these raids take place?" You asked.

"I said the assaults were planned. This will only take place if the initial plan fails."

"Then what is the initial plan?" Hikisaku asked, upset that she had to.

"The covert option. They plan on sending a small team to potentially learn of the whereabouts of the Guojiadizi base without alerting them."

"Is that right? You're probably not going to tell us the specifics, are you?" You asked, without expecting an answer.

"Hm? Of course I'm going to tell you about it. This is your task after all."

"I'm sorry?" Hikisaku said, unsure if she heard correctly.

"The two of you will be sent to one of the Guojiadizi outposts as well. This is your operation after all, of course you two will have the final say of what happens. The government is just providing their support."

"How will this work? I don't think sending us to a Guojiadizi outpost like that will amount to anything. We're probably going to end up alerting them the moment we show up, triggering the assaults anyway." You broke down the plan. Hikisaku nodded to back up your words.

"Simple. They're planning on sending you with the one thing that won't make them suspicious, Tanahashi."

"What?" Hikisaku let out coldly.

You didn't respond verbally to that revelation, you just grew quiet.

"Tanahashi is going with you. That's not something that you can control. You need him to get you inside the Guojiadizi outpost. From the list of locations he gave you, he determined that the best one for the three of you to visit would be outside the small town of Riishi."

"He recommended it? An outpost that's supposedly in a remote town? Do you believe he chose that place for any good reasons?" Hikisaku doubted Tanahashi, and she definitely had a good reason for that.

"He described it as being one of the weaker outposts. So if things do go sour, the three of you should be able to handle it on your own."

"We can't really say no to this, can we?" You finally said.

"I think you know the answer to that Yugo-han." Kazero said simply.
